Forgetting Flower are we? Not even a year has passed and already 2 remasters on PS4. More will be coming, it is inevitable. Expect journey, uc trilogy remasters soon. And as for PSNOW, I feel it would only be limited to playing a handful of games that nobody cares about.
Flower is free. Journey might be ported, but its not even AAA. my bet UC trio will never make it. Back in PS3 era sony had many small developers handling HD ports now all those devs are also working on Vita and PS4 games, so we wont see many Remasters in future..
You have to buy/rent or whatever from PSNow to play games, It will make them enough money. So making remasters will be actually dumb, not milking.
They are working on Gaikai for a long time and it wont be something insignificant. Atleast for NA guys. It wont be available in EU anytime soon, so we get nothing though.

Yeah but focussing more on that minority won't exactly be fair to loyal fans who upgraded.
There is no rumor about UC triology. And its not they they are pouring their entire time into making ps4 tlou version so its fare to at least give some time to new PS users. tlou isn't just any other game for Sony, it made a stand against even gta5.

I agree with you 100%.
But you see the thing is that if they keep up this trend, then re masters/remakes is what might end up as 50-60% of the next gen library which is bad from a gamers point of view as you essentially end up buying a new console and paying double for a game basically just to play a prettier version of it. I feel its way too early in the lifecycle of new consoles to start releasing remasters.
What if they keep remastering games this gen. Would you be happy with your 40k purchase?
Think about it.That will mostly probably be the only remaster by Sony. Complain if they make other remakes. They are making PSNow so that ps4 users can play ps3 games. I don't see them making anymore remastered versions in the future like they did with ps2 HD games.
And you are forgetting the ppl who never owned ps3 and directly jumped into ps4, there are fair amount of those guys too.

DOS pop is the best pop and I think its not made by ubi
Sands of time triology is nothing special, prefer god of war in PS2 era. And IMO AC series is lot better plot wise. The platforming in AC 2 and ACB where you try to get artifacts is unmatchable. Sad they didn't keep up. POP torally lost it after sands of time.

Yup. You can try manga once, its like titans manga less text more action scenes. Its also as good as titans manga in terms of story and art is a lot better
