I think the code has some sort of validity.

I asked this same question last year. Somehow whenever the offer comes, the free monthly games at the time are usually dogshit.

Not true. Last month was shittier!

    I feel June's even shittier

at least the sale comes between two sh*t months

    This.

Edit: Good to finally see some love for coffee on IVG. [emoji4]

BTW, I mainly drink black coffee without sugar every morning.

I have a simple French Press and the coffees I've tried are (in no particular order):

    - Blue Tokai (Vienna is my favourite)

    - KC Roasters (formerly known as Koinonia) - Slightly expensive compared to the others in this list, but well worth it.

    - Toffee Coffee Roasters

    - Colombian Brew Coffee

    - Starbucks (Ethiopian and Italian) - Super expensive compared to others, and sh*t as much as you want on Starbucks, but they know their coffee and it's evident in their bean profile and roasts.

I generally prefer a medium to dark roast, coarse grind (obviously, since I use a French Press).

When it comes to Instant coffee, Nescafe is always my last resort, if I don't get my go-to, which is the Colombian Brew instant coffee.

Edit 2: Planning to invest in a complete pour-over set in the near future. My trusty French Press has lasted me about 4 years now, and moving to a pour-over is the next logical upgrade. But, the scale and the goose-neck kettles are kinda expensive. default_ph34r2.gif

My experience for cooked brew has been the same. Starbucks Kenya is Love.

I've also tried flying squirrel and it's also pretty good. By try I mean I've ordered at least 5 times and my friends wanted to try it out, but sadly they removed the sampler pack on their website, maybe by mistake. :(

KC rosters amrut is also great,Worth a try the next time.

  3. Can you make a proper cold coffee with cold brew packs?
I am looking at ones from Blue Tokai. Any recommendations please for coffee without any specialised equipment?
Nope, you'll have a diluted cold coffee experience as these are primarily to be consumed only with water

You could try with mixing the cold brew in a very strong ratio of like 1:4 but then it's like cutting vegetables with a power saw, it might do the trick but it's not what it was meant to do.

Keep in mind black coffee is not everyone's cup of tea. Even I drink cold brew and have been doing so for like 4-5 years now. I drink it for its taste as I don't get caffeine addiction, etc.

Nescafe gold is a much better coffee then the regular one which is utter shite.

ahhh thank you for the candid answer. I did not get the PS5 yet as I did not see enough reason but fomo :fear1:

I'm gonna stick with my PS4 Pro until some bomb games make their way onto the new consoles. I will consider PS5 when GOW Ragnarok's release is imminent.
Yeah man makes proper sense. I had a vanilla PS4 so bought the ps5 to play old games (had a huge backlog) + the upcoming games.

Not worth the stress of ordering a ps5 now if you have a pro
  5. A soundbar is not essential. Do you think everyone who owns a led tv has a soundbar?  :console:

Salty ke pehle there’s a lot more to learn.
If you're buying an OLED tv, which is a luxury, then you surely need to at least get a soundbar somewhere down the line.

    Let's agree to disagree.

  6. You’re still not getting the point. Bringing up peripherals. Baad mein bologe, iPhone is useless unless one is a CEO of a company.  [emoji3]

Salty kab aur kaise use karna hai pehle seekho.

You're still not getting the point. It's not a peripheral, it's an essential. Just like you can use the supplied cable to charge your iPhone 12 but buying a charger is essential.

Salty ka aapse hi seekh paunga.

Ever considered the possibility that some of us might actually have something called a soundbar at the very minimum? Or even better something called an AV receiver and a good audio setup.

Salty ka definition google kar le baba.

That was my point. Anything is better than TV speakers, yet you said they're not a part of this discussion. People splurging lakh+ on a tv and not getting at least a sound bar sounds counter-intuitive to me. Ab samjhe baba?

Salty bahut cheezon se ho sakte, ek cheez se nahi baba

AFAIK console level VRR on Xbox means you don’t need an HDMI 2.1 TV, because the signal is stabilised before it is sent to the TV.

But the FPS would still need to be 1:1 mapped with the refresh rate of the TV, right? I'm not sure on the concepts.

Dragging sound equipment in this is like someone sitting in a municipal state transport bus window seat and dissing the hot 27yo driving an Audi to work. Who goes to work driving a high end car on shitty Indian roads?

Salty much? Or do you like watching all 4k content through TV speakers. You do understand that all HDMI 2.0 and 2.1 are not just to improve audio quality, right?

Treating sound as a separate thing is like someone getting an Audi and getting it converted to CNG kyunki bhai gaadi average nahi deti

Inherently faulty is misleading when most people using it barely even notice the issue.

Sound system kaha se beech mein aaya? What's next? Do OLED owners own 4 BHK?

Do you like to watch great content paired with sh*t sound? Sound comprises 50% of the experience of good content

Well lots of people have faced unplayable issues with VRR, depends more on the game and how unstable the framerate is

  10. Around 2-3k, home use but should be able to be used on trips. Portable and powerful.
That's a very diverse usecase. For primary home use that budget is great as it can work on consumer batteries. For more trip use you'd have to spend around 50-60$

Shoot me a PM and I'll send all recommendations later. However all of them will be imports from china, not sure how the situation is that for imports currently.
