bought the legend.
its a beauty.

Have been using the Legend for nearly 2 weeks now. Solid phone. Haven't found a reason to complain. Only go for Desire if you like a huge display in a phone and if you need 1ghz processing power to deliver you tweets.
Peas

that, sir, is reassuring.
any idea as to what is it retailing for in delhi?
i've looked around a bit, 24k being the cheapest.

I lied to myself that it was over. I was still alive, my loved ones were still dead. It wasn't over.
I didn't deserve to walk away. There are no happy endings.
A bomb went off in my head. The bullet lodged in my brain moved a fatal, microscopic distance.
Everything had started out as black and white. Somewhere down the road, the line went blurry, the colors started to run, got smudged and gray. Winterson had been above my suspicion.
It felt like a goodbye.

i recently installed XP on my computer and the directX is 9.0b.
i downloaded the 9.0c and tried installing and it says that the install was successful.
yet when i check the properties it still shows as 9.0b.
also when i run any program which requires directX, this is what i get.
'could not initialize direct3D. you may want to check that the latest version of directX is correctly installed on the system. Also make sure that this program was compiled with the header files that match the installed directX DLLs'

UPDATE:
i now figured out why the files were not being shown.
i unchecked the 'hide imp. sys. files' option also in the tools menu and it now shows all the folders anf files in 'psp' folder on my hard disk and in the mem stick.
BUT, why is it considering these files to be 'important system files' ????

EDIT: i CANNOT change their attributes to unhidden using the properties tab. its shaded grey.

holy mother of god

i closed the win explorer once and opened it again.
now the psp folder on my hard disk is not visible in explorer but is it visible in cmd dir command only on using /a handle
-
i din't make them visible using the cmd prompt.
how do i do that?
also i used 'xcopy source destination /h'
it says o files copied

-
UPDATE: this is the only way i can copy stuff and see it in windows explorer in the new folder
i use 'dir /a' in my mem stick.
see the folder's name
then copy using copy command eg. 'copy g:\pictures c:\psp'
this way i can see all the files copied from pictures in psp folder
but doing so for each and every folder is too damn tiring .
more so when i have multiple subdirectories

-
the folder 'psp' which is on my hard drive is showing nothing using win. explorer with 'show hidden files' enabled.
but i can see all files in cmd using /a

-
or in windows explorer go to organize->folder and search options (in vista, would be something similar in XP, i dont remember the exact names)
then click on 'view' tab of the popup
and click on this radio button 'show all hidden files and folders'
u should be able to see and copy all hidden files now
i am not that dumb.

already done that, still nothing is visible

-
thanks all.
btw i tried xcopy with /r . it says 0 files copied

-
u are my savior.

thanks a lot.
i does show the directories now
can i use the xcopy again and see all the files in the new folder?

-
Copy everything using the command prompt and then format the mem stick.
Sorry, cant think of anything else.
tried. here are the results:
i cant see the directory in the mem stick using dir in cmd.
can navigate to the directory in mem stick if i remember the name.
for e.g. i remember that there is a folder named 'music' and give the following command-
copy g:\music c:\psp
this does copy all the files in the folder 'psp' on my c drive and i can see them.
now the problem is that i don't remember the names of all the folders and the dir command ain't helping.
so i used the xcopy command --
xcopy g:\ c:\psp
this is supposed to copy everything including all the subfolders and files to the psp folder on my hard disc and it does show that it has copied in the cmd window.
but i can't see anything in the psp folder.
i am stuck.
HELP ME

-

Sorry, cant think of anything else.
