how do u even create a japanese ac..?? i tried but cud not for the life of me figure it out.

maybe its tough now but it was very easy 2 years b4. Dunno abt now but I think its same as making other accounts so just follow the steps and proceed. Easy as pie

IMO, create EU and jap acc too. They are useful sometimes and creating multiple account is no hurt. Wet demo is only up on EU store btw
