  1. Pathan can do well bowling wicket to wicket with the keeper up like he did in the t20 world cup in South Africa. Chappell ruined his career by making him focus on batting! But Pathan is more effective than Sreesanth for me ! Sreesanth is more hype and no substance . He leaks runs like anything and once in a blue moon picks up wickets.

  2. Earlier in the 90's australian and south african pitches were pretty fast and bouncy...Since BCCI became the real powerhouse of cricket since the new millennium , Indian teams that have toured Australia , South Africa or New Zealand (except for one series) have been playing mostly on docile pitches have been a belter for batting (even perth has slowed down considerably).

    Now whats with that , your guess is better than mine. Indian tour is important for every country and no one wants to make BCCI embarrassed by thrashing the Indian team :P .. See the example of New Zealand . In the earlier tour when India were thrashed badly, in the next tour the pitches we like Mumbai and Kolkata :yawn:

    But coming to Avishkar's point , I agree with him that curators should make pitches favouring the home team. Although its better to have a green top or a square turner to make the match more exciting.

  3. Just came after watch "UP" and it is one of the most beautiful movies I have ever seen. Completely bowled over Pixar's creativity. The story is so moving and brilliant. I would recommend this movie to everyone. Please do yourself a favour and go watch this beauty. Mindblowing!

    Hats of the Pixar. This movie deserves an oscar :gunsmilie:

  4. I own a mitsubishi cedia which I drive personally. Its a gem of a car . But poor marketing by HM means is the result of very few people knowing about this car. People might say that the looks look dated. But to me a black cedia looks awesome. I have many people asking me which car is it when they see it and they think its a very expensive car :)

    Coming to Lancer Evo in India, I think Mitsubishi should look after the after sales support first because they lack in that department because of lethargic Hindustan Motors who are still somewhere in their Amby Mode of thinking.

    Mitsubishi cars are awesome and great for long run too. Its just the their resale value sucks, but I never look at resale value if I am going to keep a car as Mitsubishi because nothing beats the quality of ride. That feeling is just too good.

  5. :P:fear::doh:

    yeah... but it's 20lakhs and It's petrol :P

    the problem is, there's no other car at that range which has a diesel option.... that's the reason I was considering the Laura...

    You are right. There are no other sedans in that range for the diesel. Is the car going to be chauffeur driven or you are gonna drive it personally?? Because if you drive it then your options might change accordingly.
