  1. True pull ups were hard back then. Chin ups would have been right in above post *

     

    @playstationdude 2014 march i started working out was 83 dropped to 67-68 by nov 14. But never had pack or flat tummy. Always had that extra bit of fat. Any tips on how did you manage to pull that off? Thing is that i dont even want packs just flat tum with very less fat. I try maintaining my diet, do abs a lot, cardio sh*t lot.. but never achieved flat tummy.

    trying to cut or bulk?

    hey there i'm trying to bulk up.

    Let me tell you about myself -

    My workout session is in the evening after work.

    Currently i'm not taking any protein or special diet except that I sometimes have brown rice after dinner (i.e. after workout), i'm trying to integrate Tofu & Soya Milk into my diet as someone told me they are rich in Proteins. Other than that there's nothing special that i do. I have stopped taking any sweets, chocolate, sugar & all junk food.

     

    i would like some tips from you people to help me gain & bulk up.
