However Mr.Judkins, I should let you know that I loathe RPGs and I can do this as long as I'm not required to cast spells or indulge in turn based combat.
Ha!

I've messaged you with the details of the pickup - thanks so much for your offer of help!

And no, no spells, turn based combat, or even clerics or paladins - I promise. Or nudity either. Nobody except for actors paid by the game designers play fictional characters. Everyone else acts as themselves working alongside them, solving puzzles and enjoying the interactive mystery.
I DO recommend checking out the link with the trailers HERE - they're quite awesome.
The whole larger experience is like being personally involved in an epic movie in real-time, if anything... But picking up this envelope provides no obligation to play further!

Hello Bangalore Gamer Crowd!
You may or may not have read the other thread I've started, but I and thousands of others need your help.
We're playing an Alternative Reality Game called "The Lost Ring", and in order for the game to proceed we need to get a real envelope picked up from a real location in Bangalore.
The envelope has been hidden away for us in the restaurant of The Chancery Pavilion Hotel.
Is there anyone here who can get there easily? Inside the envelope will be an aged piece or two of paper, with amazing illustrations and typewritten text in Esperanto. Something like this. What the global community require is the "PRUVO" Code you can see at the bottom of the example, and then everyone can download high quality scans of the Bangalore chapter.
It's the second-to-last part of a 27-chapter Codex we have been collecting from all over the world, and is essential for the continuance of the game.
Can anyone help us?

A big thanks to Arun and the BGC (who do indeed rock!) from the global community who are working to find The Lost Ring. Now that this envelope (or "artifact") has been picked up, one part of the game that was in stasis can carry on.
If anyone is interested in finding out more about the game, or how you might be able to get involved, just let me know.
Cheers!
