They can but then the graphics wouldn't be NEXT GEN On PC you can play ancient games like Half Life 2 in 4k and 120fps, but it would still look dated. resolution only controls the sharpness of the image on your display, if you have a 4k panel and you have a game playing at 720p it would look like blurry sh*t, fps meanwhile makes gameplay smoother, if fps drops below 30 fps your gameplay will feel like a slideshow.

Your benchmark should be like RDR2. LG also has a similar 1440p/144hz/IPS monitor, but afaik they haven't released it in india. btw for whatever fps res you chose, the GPU that you take will start showing it's age in 3-4 years, so then you either have to drop settings or upgrade.

Just finished the main story/journey Nice to see Kratos is finally a normal guy now, mostly. Now off to kill the Valkyries, Musphellheim and Niflheim already killed 5 Valkyries till now. To maintain 60 FPS on a console( as opposed to 5 Lakh Ambani gaming PC ) you either have to drop resolution or Textures/LOD/AA/Particle effects/Everything that makes your game look good. Toh kya karega ms You either have 4K/Fancy graphics @ 30 fps or you have 4K/Xbone graphics @ 60 fps, No wonder They are doing all drama of "supporting" current gen, they intend to use 60 FPS Xbone graphics as a marketing point, but graphics are one of the selling point of games, not FPS
