What else do you expect at ND? they are the most talented studios out there, and the best among Sony's first party ones, they have all the technical skill needed to make game engines optimized for PS consoles, and also artistically also they have the best animators and 3D modelers, texture artists etc as we have seen from UC and TLOU. Druckmann, Amy Henning etc just have an over arching manager role, it is their faceless underling devs and 3d artists etc that make you ooh and aah at UC and TLOU environments, animations, gameplay, lighting etc. ND also is the same studio that made a proper SDK for the PS3's cell processor architecture, at the time when 3rd party devs were doing unending rand-rona about how the PS3 is "hard to program" for, and that was why they weren't porting their games over to it.

Samsung just makes the chips, and SSD contollers and sells SSDs of it's own. But Chips are the main thing, it is industry leading in chips, aside from Samsung only 6 other companies make the SSD chips, SanDisk, Intel, Micron , SK Hynix and Toshiba. Making chips needs lots of $$$ in investment from design to manufacturing, and now sony is poor and a shell of it's former self in 90's and early 2000's. I think what sony is doing is making their own SSD Controller with speshul sauce firmware, along with their own custom, proprietary protocol( not PCIE4 or NVME ), or maybe something that builds upon those two.

Like compare KZSF and TLOU2 now, TLOU2 is probably PS4 exclusive at it's prime, compared to half assed launch title like KZSF. The thing with Xbox is even their launch games are sh*t, not even mediocre, and this time they have no exclusives as such , and money hatting 3rd party devs won't work because PS4 is the leading console this gen, and Sony looks to keep it's crown

Just got back from Helheim from the second time, completed the dwarven favors questline , freed all dragons. It feels so good having blades of Chaos again wonder why couldn't they give the axe also such simple and effective combos from the start More such moments in main story, also just some time after this magic chisel questline you will unlock blades of chaos It has all of the glorious combos from the past games right off the bat, and some of the others now come in the form of skills and runic attacks. Because of it's faster attack speed it is very good against those enemies with clubs and unblockable attacks and also trolls. The axe tho has better runic attacks + you feel like infinity war Thor throwing the axe.

What resolution and FPS do you want to game at. 1440P 144HZ IPS 27 inch IPS monitors go for 35k-45k, the LG UK650 27 Inch 4K IPS monitor goes for 30K on amazon. Minimum for a gaming build in 2020 though i would suggest CPU : Ryzen 3600 15k or 16k Motherboard: MSI B450 Tomahawk Max motherboard 10K approx RAM: 2 sticks of 8GB DDR4 RAM( for a total of 16GB ) @ 3200mhz for around 6-7k, choose G.Skill or Corsair for the brands once you decide the res fps you want to play at, i can suggest the rest of the parts.
