    Found it same. Playing on hard, and game feels really easy. I got like 7-8 skill points (or whatever they are called), but haven't used any. I'm afraid unlocking anything will make me OP than now.

     

    And, yes, totally surprised by Batmobile. I freaking love it.

     

    10 hours in. Easily the best Batman game. Everything is just perfect (other than performance). :D

    do you get stutterring?

    Game is easy as fk even on harder difficulty, I'd suggest playing it on hard from get go. Also Batmobile is goat, dunno what the Gamespot reviewer was smoking but it is the most fun variable in the combat. Calling it in the middle of a fight and ejecting while in full speed afterbuner mode never ever gets old. There's three tier upgrade to the ejection system itself and the last one practically sends you in the orbit :lol:

    HOW TO GET BEST PERFORMANCE [OPTIMIZATION MUST READ!!!!!]

     

     

     

    - Get better performance:
    Go to [...]\steamapps\common\Batman Arkham Knight\BMGame\Config and look for BmSystemSettings.ini (open with notepad)

    1. Change bAllowD3D9MSAA=False to bAllowD3D9MSAA=True (This allows you to use MSAA with D3D9)

    2. Change AllowD3D10=False to AllowD3D10=True (This allows you to enable D3D10 for better performance)

    3. Change TextureResolution=1 to TextureResolution=2 (This allows you to change the texture resolution from Normal to High but somehow it keep changing back to normal I don't know why because in my case while looking at the options in-game the texture resolution is set on Normal and there is no other options (no high, no ultra, just nothing). But you can try.

    4. Ingame decrease shadows to low or normal. No need to put it high, just in case to get more frames/s (who cares about shadows anyway ;/)

    5. No solution yet for motion blur.

    6. Turn off Bloom: Bloom=False

    7. Turn off Reflections: Reflections=False

    8. Change AllowOpenGL=False to AllowOpenGL=True (This allows you to use OpenGL for better performance)

    ,which has 2 levels

    in the lower you will fight a boss,and after defeating him you fight another boss in the higher level

    I blame rocksteady here .. they are not some small time studio .. if they wanted they could have extended the development for PC by another 6 months maybe.. I doubt they could be strong armed by WB like this..

    the 30% seems to be industry standard

    Google & Apple also ask for the same % from vendors selling $3 apps on their respective app stores,

    Why would a third party want to sell more console copies where they have to pay console maker instead of PC where they get to keep all the money?

    it seems to be working.. even here some ppl are buying the ps4 version after cancelling the PC version.

    but here is special case.

    average joe may either own a PS4 or a gaming rig,rarely both

    Folks on IVG here seem to be rich.to afford multiple consoles and PC's

    yea the game am afraid might never get fixed to an extent where we can say its a good port unless its rebuilt from scratch which I don't think will happen

    PC version lack ambient occlusion, bokeh DOF and rain textures/shaders. Moreover, some textures seem to be of a lower quality from those found on the PS4 version.

    i didnt know where to post this but since this is a pc gaming thread.. i have ubuntu 14.04 lts installed and steam crashes randomly anyone else had this problem yet.. i have tried many linux forums but they werent mostly helpful as m new to linux

    Yes it is...if you haven't played it..you should..I wonder why Rocksteady didn't work on this like AA and AC...
