I will not buy PS5 because of the above two reasons, game pass is nice support service on PC, you can play GoTG, Control, TW Warhammer 3 etc without having to drop 1-2k on steam, it's best for us in India after they gave that pay for one month and get 7 months free offer. Also like you said this is truly best time to be PC gamer, provided you have a GPU.

I think most games have bare minimum like 3 months stay in GP, that's enough to complete most games. Like the latest Lara Didi game was for like 3 months on GP last year, most games are on GP for longer though, like maybe 6-8 months, not sure. No comparison to demos, you can comfortably complete the SP campaign of whatever game unless it's a very long campaign like those yakuza games.

But if there's long cast time, what's the point? staying still is death here, 1-2 hits blocked from bosses take out my stamina bar right now.

So finally defeated Margit after like 10 tries this run Me the entire time :- Was level 21 after farming and killing those dungeon bosses, shamelessly called the Sorceror Rogier summon and that jellyfish ash spirit thing( jellyfish was much better than the wolves for this fight ) I should have taken Astrologer as starting class instead of this Confessor, sword and board sucks + isn't as epic as all those spells. I can buy some spells and a staff( and whatever else is needed for fire spells ) also respec now right? Or is that gated behind some other boss?

So I just bought this yesterday, will be starting now, is a magic + melee build viable for a fresh playthrough? can anyone suggest me a guide for such a build? I'm fedup with going plain melee, in DS3 I started with some sword and a shield and mid way switched to the fume ultra greatsword + strength build. in BB I played with an assortment of weapons but then again there was no proper magic in that. I want to mix things up in this game.
