Yes it's Xbox gamepass, games are streamed to your android phone I can't comment on the quality of these chinese android-phones-in-game-console-form devices, i had just read about them recently. There is also Nintendo Switch Lite, you will however have to wait for a firmware jailbreak so you can run emulators on it though, till then you are limited to nintendo games.

because you are asking all hacked roms and all. There exist chinese game console things(i.e the form factor, with shoulder buttons, analog sticks and all) which run Android, using which you can run emulators to play all PSP, Nintendo games. Otherwise buy Nintendo Switch Lite.

I'm surprised with my PS4 quality, it still works well aside from the power and eject buttons dying, have it since Dec 2014 almost. Your choices are i5 10400 + b460 mobo + 16gb ram, these will be 30-32k or ryzen 3600x + msi tomahawk b450 + 16gbram 3200mhz, this will be around 35k there abouts.

How much can you stretch. For Ryzen 3600 based build you need 35K minimum. You can get i5 10400 + B460 build for 30k, but B460 limits ram speed to 2666mhz only

Ye 4k ka mai kya achar lagau? They didn't answer the most important question that do ME2 and ME3 have unlocked framerate? Both those had 30 fps locked on PC. Hope gibbed mods for ME3 work with the remastered and hopefully 60 fps version.
