It's a no brainer to get PS5 whenever it comes out if you're console only, because PS5 now has BC, if you never had PS4 you can play PS4 era games on PS5 only.

I am too poor to afford either those or the PS5. I mean price of HW wise I can get PS5, but all the big games will be 5K like demon souls or R&C. Currently only upgrade i'm willing to spend for is CPU/MOBO/RAM updrade. Will probably get PS5 slim in next 3 years time, by then demons souls, r&c will be all playstation hits $15 mrp

Contrary to spin by pcmr crowd, people buy the next gen boxen to play Demon's Souls or R&C type games on the PS side, and GAMEPASS GAMEPASS GAMEPASS on the Xbox side. Nobody gives a rat's a*s about 8K when even 4k/60fps with proper graphics is hard to achieve today without putting 1000$ on gpu only. 8K is just a logo on the box, everyone knows that.

supposedly with this you get constant high speed connections to 4-5 connected devices, earlier you used to have one device getting most of the speed and the rest throttled I've never noticed either phenomenon irl tho.

It is ok for 2-3k, I have a smallish flat so can't say about range and all. It's main drawbacks are it heats up, so you have to ensure ventilation, and also it takes around 1-2 minutes to start up and connect to the internet from cold boot. Other than this I have had no issues with this router.

Guys its a joke considering Zodkesh was jumping about over halo 3 being 4k 60 fps and ac unity being whatever and 60 fps constant. If you want to play old games only better stick to PS4 and xbonex, why get next gen shoebox console at all? The people who buy PS5 will buy it for NEXT GEN games not to play the games they've already played. In another 2-3 years BC will be a non issue, it is only for the first year early adopters who will have to deal with a scarcity of PS5XSX games.

Are you ok with PC speakers ? This has 3.5mm and RCA inputs.
