Could be a drive issue, also could be a mobo issue, when my earlier motherboard died it just froze just like you describe, but when i hit reset it went in boot loop, no bios splash screen evven.

I played 3 games on PC: Skyrim, Oblivion and FO:NV and I loved the heck out of all 3. Played for hours and hours without getting bored.
I played only Fallout 3 on console (xbox 360) and I got bored really quickly.
Bethesda games quality is total a*s, no quality in game play, animations, graphics or anything else, zero QC with random bugs and glitches out of the blue.
On PC some random modders will fix Todd's sh*t so PC is best platform to play.
The other games that Bethesda publishes are by other studios, not that infernal bethesda studio that Todd the Fraud runs.
So those games have good quality.
Except dishonored which even D2 looks like water color art style with PS360 graphics

You have this Samsung sound bar with subwoofer for 10k
A cursory glance tells me apart from the Samsung one you can find JBL and Phillips sound bars also under 10K.
I don't have any idea about quality/sound of these products tho, check the reviews.

Vidaa OS is pretty barebones, seems like overhauled settings menu for the most part, missing HotStar. On the bright side its pretty quick, and boot time is wayyy faster than some Android TVs I've seen.
Sound is just fine, not great not bad either. 24W only, sufficient for the small room I've placed the TV in.
Thought it was made in India, but the box says Country of Origin is People's Republic of China, build quality is good.
As for HDR, I did not notice any color banding so far, and the official site also mentions Dolby Vision and HDR10, so I'm assuming it is 10bit.
At the same time, some folks over at Hifivision said its a Hisense H8F rebrand which has 8bit HDR Panel. So, I'm not 100% sure on this.
Got it for 42,600 on Flipkart with cashback, I'd say good value for money.
It is HiSense TV only, which is why made in China, they have acquired the rights to use Toshiba branding for certain products.
HiSense earlier had a similar deal with Japanese TV/LCD Screen brand SHARP to use their brand name etc to market HiSense products in North and South America.
Toshiba is doing very bad atm, recently I heard they also sold one DRAM chip fab to some other company.

All niche electronic products are made in China if that is what you're not looking for.
if you are talking about non-Chinese brands* then there may be options, idk whether they will be under 10k but this festive season you may find some because of the heavy discounts online.

I bought the PS4 for the games, and will buy PS5 also for the games in the future, meanwhile Shri Phil Swami will graciously provide me even Halo Craigfinite for the princely sum of 450 something rupees as a part of GP on PC.
