Got to Settings app, click Apps, in search bar enter your game's name, then when the game app shows up click "move" and select your new location. The move will take some time so don't turn off your pc

They can make Indian PSN account, set PS4 as primary, then play games from whatever account on the PS4. I have Indian PSN as my main, but also US PSN because 3-4 years ago Americans used to get the best sales, i have bought R&C, KZSF and the GoW3 remaster from US store because it was so cheap. Played all on my Indian PSN account tho. Basically region lock is a joke on PS4, it just involves extra hassle since you can't simply change the store region.

No it's just too expensive now if you want Master Race™ performance from you box. If you are building one from scratch, even a mid range PC will be 1 lakh plus. If you want master race 60 fps or more on everything it will be 1.5 lakhs. Like i have a poor man's 20K GPU , and my CPU is a quad core i5 from 2015/14, i get stutters, FPS drops etc in many games, currently it's FFXV. Like if i want to upgrade my CPU which also means motherboard and RAM also have to be upgraded, it will cost 35k minimum. I was shocked when i saw Xbox console game pass library, so many games they have compared to PC GP library.
