    No it just means since the supply of working chips is less, the amount of PS5s produced will also will be less. Nobody will put malformed chips into a PS5.

    Chips designed by AMD and manufactured by either GlobalFoundries or TSMC idk. Sony just buying and using it in PS5, this is not custom SSD controller, it's not even designed by Sony, let alone manufactured
