Wait for sale. 3.2k for standard and 4.4k Digital Deluxe is very expensive for PC. Hitman 2 came for around 1.2k (Standard) and 2k for Digital Deluxe. They removed regional prices and I would not be surprised if they give a "Launch Discount" of regional prices or game price will crash anyway within 2 months or so. It's a cross-gen title after all.

Worth it on PS4 itself tbh. There are tons of small changes layered throughout the game right from the beginning that the play-through never gets stale. Gameplay is changed quite a bit right from the beginning as well. There are new stuff added in between as well. All that's before you get the major addition that is the 3rd Semester, which in itself is big enough to fit a new game in (around 30 hours) - which is very high quality and adds one of the best villains/arcs to gaming period. Plus, to sweeten the deal they also added extras like IRL Concerts (which are usually purchased via Blu Ray or Digital), premium themes, extra mini-games and all. It's well worth it. Play it again. As someone who played both base P5 and P5R, I can say you won't regret it. There is not much scope for further technical improvement on PS5. No point in waiting. Also not sure about this, but IMO this game will not come to any other platforms (XSX/Nintendo/PC - what have you) because Sony seems to have a deal where they get mainline Personas exclusive and Nintendo gets mainline SMT Games exclusive (Hence why P5S, which is a sequel is multi-plat but P5/P5R is not)

Yup, having to target everyone in 1 turn or restart is a pain. Ironically, that fight is easiest in Merciless (i.e. Hardest) difficulty. That's because you take very high more damage in merciless, but you also deal out far more damage when you exploit weakness and Baton Pass. Also, don't forget to play Billiards and Darts in Kichi-joji. Billiards will improve technical damage while darts will improve your Baton Passes.

You can get PS+ at 3k for 1 year (Non-sale price, at sales it will be lower to maybe even 2.3 K) It's a pretty long time to play games. If you feel you want more, you can always renew for another year (or less if that's what you want). 18 games at 3k/annum is pretty much worth it.

Prominent exclusive will be Demon's Souls. Others are Spiderman MM and Sackboy. Then the upgraded 3rd parties like COD WW, AC Valhalla and all. Finally will be the PS4 BC Games. Maneater (PS5), Shadow of Tomb Raider and Greedfall free on PS+. And AFAIK there is no expiry to PS+ Collection so it should be redeemable. Though according to inverse PS+ Collection availability might vary by country and it's not available in some countries like China. Now this is the other extreme. PS+ Collection is great and yes Bloodborne is there, along with some other major exclusives like Days Gone, Persona 5, Last Guardian, God of War etc. It's just that it does not have 100% all major offerings. Not true. None of the 2020 exclusives (TLOU2, GOT) and some others (Spiderman, Uncharted Lost Legacy, Horizon, Infamous: First Light) all are not there. @Ram Dante Disc Edition/Standard Edition is preferable. You will be keeping the console for 8-10 years, and in that time the disc edition will work out to be far cheaper than Digital, even if you don't buy games on launch. Not all games get discounted and the option to resell is always nice.

There are other female confidants you've not met yet. And rejecting them is going to be pretty brutal . In fact you'll feel pretty sorry for it. Also, if you want to know about Valentine's Day (No Story Spoilers): Gotta say - Makoto and Ann have 2 of the worst Confidant Arcs in the game though. Everyone else (Both male and female) are miles better.

In MH it is very much possible unfortunately. Network congestion is so bad - it's hilarious. Numerous times, I've called my friends and it went into a wrong number. Looked at the dialled no. and it's the correct one (My friend's no from the contact list). Dialled the 2nd time (Straight from "Call History" Section) and it dialled correctly. I wouldn't be surprised if the network operators here uploaded a list of "Electrical Appliance Shops" and bots randomly selected a wrong one sometimes, even if the no. itself is right.

Frankly, at this point, it's useless. It will be the same whoever runs the country. Mentality of people has to change, the careless and "Chalta Hai" attitude has to be kicked out and people have to strive for the best for themselves and everyone. This cannot happen now. If we start inculcating the values now, it will stick maybe 2-3 generations down the line. If we have professionals running the country as you say (Highly honest ones even) - then the bureaucrats under them will siphon off stuff and give wrong reporting. Honest Bureaucrats as well - Contractors under them will be corrupt. Honest Contractors - the local authorities/panchayats/village representatives will will be bad. This will go on and on and there are too many people to replace. Along with this - majority (rather almost everyone) in the country will have to be educated and be able to think for their own futures and not be swayed by free stuff etc. Mentality has to change and starting small with baby steps is the only permanent way to cure the problem IMO.

Nah 4k in 27" is definitely a bad idea. INO you need at least 32"-34" monitors for 4k. 27" is sweet spot for 1440p only. Did not know monitors came with multiple HDMI Slots now. If so, go ahead. 1660 Super seems to be a decent 1440p card and should not give any problems. Do keep HDMI Switcher in mind if you need more HDMI Slots though (Though I'm not sure how well it works for monitors. Tried it on TV and it was great).
