Gameplay was fine, animations were a bit wonky maybe? I mean the stats, spells, armor and portions actually mattered, if you played In death march or blood and broken bones difficulty. I mean, I haven’t played the last of us 2 but imo Witcher 3 is the most balanced game of this generation when considering all aspects (I.e graphics, art design, music, mechanics, questing and open world etc) in total. Many other games did some aspects better than Witcher but as a total package, tough to beat Witcher 3.

Skill Up’s review is legit. He is one of them reviewers who gives equal weight to gameplay.

But doesn't that means they will have to compromise the quality of exclusives throughout the generation to cater to lockheart customers? I mean we have always heard that video games are held back by the lowest common platform. Choice is always good but it should never come at the cost of progress.

For me hardware quality is also very important. I had 2 Xbox 360's and both started developing issues, like power button started randomly going on/off in one and the other elite model (which i bought used off olx) started overheating and just stopped working one fine day. I have had zero issues since I switched to Playstation but most importantly, having 10,000 gamerscore is nothing compared to the euphoria of obtaining a platinum trophy.

60 FPS over visuals for me. Any game played in 60FPS is better, even Quantic Dreams games are better played @ 60FPS. Unfortunately though, I have submitted my gaming will to Sony. I accept what they churn out with humble servitude.

If you are playing on pro you have option to play at 4K 30FPS or 1440P 50-60FPS. According to DF, the game holds 60FPS on base ps4 better because of lower resolution. Worth playing in higher FPS though. Must play, plus you can play left behind.

It is disappointing, but again Sony is not developing games for base Xbox one, so expect a substantial technical leap.

Neil Druckman is definitely an Auteur, up there among the best. Plus, I trust John Lineman more than any other reviewer out there.

Yeah I remember that, then I guess all the 2TB listings are fake or maybe they will throw in an extra 1tb 5400rpm HDD for storage only? Wherein to play, the games must be on SSD, but they can be stored on HDD like Xbox? Else, the SSD will be full on installing just 4 games, but god knows, I mean even Linus did not understand the storage tech!

A 2tb sku is highly unlikely considering the cost of their SSD and the 825GB storage space announced.
