    yes they do light up, ya VW can say no to warranty, but who cares I don't think I will need them till I want an over the shelf spare. Even my first servicing will be done outside. Anyway in 2 months I will be remapping the ecu, so VW won't want to even look me in the eye to talk anything after that[emoji14]

    Great looking ORVM's there. Do the turn indicators light up when signalled?

    Also u are pretty brave in trying these mods on a VW who is known to be quite finicky with warranty.

    Guys the current rechargeable batteries of camera have died...Which ones to buy please suggest...

     

    I have been using the ones that came with the camera when I bought it...Its Uniross adapter and batteries...Its 1900 mAh

    Sanyo Eneloop are the best. Have been using them for quite some time now. The best part is they dont loose their charge when not in use.
