I can't think of a logical reason why they couldn't include the power circuitry within the stand. Maybe they wanted to keep the size and weight of the thing low. But it isn't that light either, It is very sleek though.

Probably could. LOL. I started using a charging stand with the PS4, and I really liked the fact that I kept the controllers in one place. Also, just becomes a habit and they are never not charged.
Also, I just realized I still don't have a lot of USB-C stuff. My phone, switch and now PS5 are the only ones. So I don't really have a spare charger or even USB-C cables.

I got the charging stand yesterday. It comes with a power brick. LOL.
It has rubber feet, but still moves too easily.
Keeping the controller on it is easy enough, but will take a little time to get used to it to make sure the contact points are in place.
There is a little ball thingy that connects with the headphone jack which has a little give. This can be used as a reference to keep it on without looking at it.

Yes, Definitely a fun show. Already finished the first season. hehe. With the way it keeps adding stuff from the movies, is awesome. Because mostly it is not subtle and it helps because it has been so long I saw the movies, that I might not remember them otherwise.

There are a couple of really neat settings:
1. You can set your default game preferences for difficulty and a bunch of other stuff to override the game's default setting. For example, if you generally play at the harder difficulty, you won't have to pick it in the game, it should be pre-selected. (games would probably have to support this)
2. Once you attach an external hard drive, it'll enable install all ps4 games to it by default but this can be changed.
And a real stupid thing n I hope they fix it.
I have SackBoy ps4 disc and to play on PS5 I need to keep the disc in. Most of the times when I turn on the PS5, it starts installing/copying the game file over for the ps4 version of the game.

I had UC4 and LL installed on PS5 storage till yesterday and moved it out to external. Not sure which is the safer way to run PS4 games. I plan to play God of War or SpiderMan remastered soon. God of War is on external storage and SM is on PS5.

I've personally seen a crash in UC4, and virtually every time I start it up, there's a blank screen and I have to restart it from the console power button. (Not sure if second issue is related to TV and HDMI somehow).
Do you have UC4 installed on external storage?
I copied all my PS4 games to external hard drive. I haven't played any off of it yet.
Also, I turned off automatic rest mode, and trying to always completely power off the console to avoid potential issues.
Hopefully Sony is able to replicate the issues and put out a fix soon.

Games which are both PS4 and PS5, be careful when you install the game, and to grab the ps5 version only. Somehow i ended up having both the ps4 n PS5 version of this game on my console storage.
