Same here like@gecko89 said. Mine was also in same condition. It's done by Sony to place certificate and warranty paper. [emoji4]My PS5 box had the same thing, seal broken and new Sony applied on top. I got from flipkart.
Like others said, it's probably don't by Sony to place the certificate inside the box, before sending it out to retailers.

There was some IGN Ind article which said stocks had arrived to India and post is when pre-orders started. So is this not true then? Is Sony yet to ship the stock to India? If the stocks are already with Sony India why can't they disturber it to the retailers already? so that we all can get it on launch day.
