    Right, so I played the first couple of missions and stopped there. Game is like butter on the PC even with all the bells and whistles turned on. Absolutely love how it feels. I'm not a fan of the default MKB setup though, on one hand aiming with the mouse is great but the abilities are designed around a controller so it feels a little weird. I'll probably get used to it but will have to remap some stuff. The music really stands out especially the part where you're making you're way to The Farm after the attack. Anyway, Destiny story missions are usually nothing special but it seems they're at least trying to make them feel different. All I want is to power through to 20 and start with the real game.
    I felt the same. I ditched MKB after a couple crucible games in the beta and switched back to the controller due to its high aim assist. From then on, there was no going back.

    PSA: Once you get to the part where you need to unlock IO by reaching level 11, don't complete the IO Story missions. Pop a fireteam medallion and grind heroic public events. Every 2 successful heroic public event completions award you with XP equivalent to +1 actual level. So get to level 20 and then go on with completing the remaining story missions. This way, you can hit the 260 power level hardcap in around 2-3 hours from the start of your public​ event grind, which would otherwise take you 2-3 days to get to.

    Framerate and statistics overlays, such as those provided by EVGA Precision XOC, MSi Afterburner, and Fraps, are not compatible with Destiny 2.


    They're not getting banned. It's been confirmed by Deej. It just causes the game to not run at times, nothing more than that.

    the game lacks the reason to keep you going at it.. pvp is also missing the fun.. i was playing it a lot like really a lot.. but once i was done with end game stuff i realised how badly the game needed content.. even the raid is not all that good that you would give it a go every week let alone giving it a go on all 3 characters..

    Depends upon the player. I still find it fun and I do the raid every week on 3 characters just to get the armour sets. Also, now you can do both normal and prestige and get the rewards for both of them for the week, so that's 3*2= 6 possible, rewarding raid completions per week ;)

    Thinking of starting a PC clan if we have enough members.
    Clans are cross-platform. Since you can level up faster with the clan engrams, better off being in an already established clan for now, I guess.

    You have bought it on PS4 already haven't you..Why would you wanna buy 2 copies?
    To play with my IRL friends. Some of them don't own a ps4, only pc. So gonna wait for bungie to add more content and get it on sale. Also those glorious visuals will surely count when more content is added.

    When is the expansion coming out? If it's just a few weeks or month later, then no point in buying at launch... 
    End game is dry AF. Since the extra frames aren't gonna make up for the lost content for now, I'll wait till it goes on sale once the first DLC comes out in December.

    This game is nothing like the D1,they messed up by making it more accessible for new players. I hate the way they are throwing away weapons and armour in this, dont really feel the need to work for them.

    Oh, subgame reddits are too much for me. Just the /r/games is usually plagued by Destiny fans and anything speaking negatively ends up downvoted. GAF is going to GAF.  
     
    Currently, it seems everyone is pissed about this week's Nightfall. HqOZpIf.gif 
    Yes. Cuz the boss mechanic is shite and gets you completely bored. I played the game yesterday for 6 hours straight without feeling bored but started feeling completely drowsy just when I completed this nightfall, towards the end and hit the sack immediately.
    BTW, DestinyTheGame subreddit had its first two pages filled with stuffs about how people were disappointed about single use shaders right when the game was released and all of them were upvoted. It's all about how you present things in front of people. Even desperate fanboys can be convinced just by the way you frame your posts.
