I was looking through Lance's Twitter to see all the wonderful videos he would post. I encountered two videos (1,2) of him playing Destiny, and you can see his username in these videos. Looked him up on Bungie.net, and was surprised to see he's a somewhat active player.
He finished every Lightfall mission except the last one, looks like he was stuck last night.
Looks like Lance played Destiny a lot, apparently had 1400hrs and 1600hrs in D1 and D2 respectively.

Point is 20K for a pre-owned 'current' gen console with lower fidelity and lower performance is way too much.
Infact pre-owned should be 7K, else 11K ish. That makes sense, maybe kids would be happy with that.
