MS revenue breakdown by product shows them having 20-25% coming in through different products, pretty much even.

Also, regarding the loot boxes, during some hearing in congress I think, some EA rep referred to it as 'surprise mechanics'. By that logic, the hack that happened last week was also a 'surprise mechanic'.

Not surprised by this, under Nadella MS stock has more than tripled and before him there were ramblings that MS will be dead.
And unlike Apple, Google or Amazon, MS has truly diversified sources of income. MS as a whole is in a better position than any other big companies imo.

Yeah, I presumed that would be the case. Native 4K is overrated anyway, not gonna sit and count pixels, I'd rather have stable 60fps. Besides, most devs do upscaling pretty well.
And 512p lowest on XSS?!? Holy hell, haven't seen that number in almost a decade
Edit: I just realized that's actually lower than SD - Standard Definition :/

Plus DualSense Trigger and Haptic support, and 3D Audio Support.
And this is on top of 4K60fps+Full RT Lighting.

I feel this is the way to go. Collaborate with a new studio, fund them, they get experience of working in AAA title, Sony gets an new IP in return. If things go really well, imbibe them into your pool of studios. I'm assuming these 3 studios will get the xdev tag from Sony.

The way my PS backlog looks right now, I feel I'll never be able to get an Xbox, even if I did I'll never get anough time for both. Maybe I can place the mini fridge next to the TV and console and fill it with beverages.

I kinda agree with this. Last time I said something about xbox long drought of exclusives and how they should come up with games, apparently I was belittling xbox.
And funnily enough, MS seems to have fixed that plus GP seems even better than before.

Nope. Only multiplayer.
After last year's demo debacle, I think there's so much hype for it that people will criticise if it looks anything less than jawdropping. They'll probably show something when nice and ready.

FH5 looked incredible, it's probably not native 4K in performance but when it looks like that, don't think it matters, I'm sure they have a good upscale tech in place.
Nothing else looked next gen out of 30 or so titles, maybe Stalker 2.

Second opinion anyone?No. Still the same. Even dropped Sony an email though I doubt that'll help much tbh. At my wits end now on how to upgrade.
If this is because of dlc and disc region mismatch, there is a workaround, though I've never done it, I know there is one. Something to do with creating another account and making primary . . something something.
Please do search online, might just work.

Na, with free upgrade, both PS4 and PS5 versions would have been the exact same. They just removed the cheaper PS4 version, kept the higher priced one and made it available for both PS4 and PS5.
