Overall, I think its pretty good. Over 700 games on launch, Deluxe would probably be around 7-8K per year, that's without the 25% discount they have at least once a year.

Yep, Seems like PS+ Deluxe is same as Premium but without PS3 games(since they can only be streamed) and lower price tag. Local pricing will vary by market - Interested to see what Indian prices will be, PS+ is already lower here in India.

No no, I mean PS5 on Gamepass New version of GP called GamePass Ultimate+, it will allow the XSX to simulate the PS5 OS like a virtual machine of sorts(by the power of the clouds) and let you play any PS games, disc or digital on the XSX!! (including the PS Store) No more exclusives, the war is over!!
