    I've been a bb fan for 4 years now - latest is the bold 9000. I am happy with it. :dance: If i ever buy a phone again I will probably get a nice flip phone.

     

    ;) Its the phone where I can actually get some work done and fast. And the amazing battery life

    That very same perspective is what I'm talking about when it comes to my preference for features over having a smooth OS. Sadly, mr iChilles doesn't see that and needs to give himself an orgasm by making fun of the X6 now and then.

     

    The Symbian devices currently out are pretty good at multitasking, even the N79. But noooo, there's only the "i" for u ppl.

     

    Btw DS, how come dabba being called idiot riled u up so much, but me being called queer was all good fun? hmmm??

     

    Coz its achilles here who said it :rofl: I didnt expect that from u at all, the others who were in it with you are usual suspects when it comes to mindlessly pushing their opinions and ganging up on 1 person.

     

    I agree. What u want from a phone is diff from what I want. But seeing the trends today, and only on trends, I am not seeing Nokia doing much. I dont hate it, they were good and still are, but in the sub 10k phone range. They have to reinvent their top end.

    yeah, while u fap at your iphone's wonderful ability to transfer files over bluetooth, not to mention being able to change your battery so easily, and did i mention taking pics with your wonderful camera, and browsing all those flash based sites... oh wait i forgot, the iphone can't do flash :rofl:... ... Maybe you can be happy with some video calling over skype mobile... oh, yeah no front cam either eh? tsk tsk...

     

    Enjoy all these benefits while you wait for your phone to be UPGRADED with the ability to multitask.. yeah that's an awesome FEATURE to have in this day and age... all hail apple!

    Let me give u a perspective

    1. I dont carry spare batteries with me. Nor does anyone I know do..even with their other phones.

    2. Camera is great for its use. Dont talk about megapixels here. There is NOTHING u can do with a 12 mpx camera fitted on a phone with such a small sensor. Its stupid and infact phone cams r best till 3.2 mpx. Improve the sensor, not the mpx.

    3. A lot like me, donot want flash on our browsers. I block flash on my PC except for youtube and vimeo, m glad I dont have it on my phone and most websites i visit dont use it much except for ads. Then again this is my perspective. I dont play farmville! :P

    4. BT can be done after JB. Not an argument but yes it can be

     

    Multitasking was there wit the very first symbian phone as well. Was that good? the constantly getting hanged ddin't help either.. A good multitasking device would be WinMo, Palm's WebOS and android. I think they really did a good job with multitasking.

     

    edit: These feature vs feature discussion has been beaten to death a gazillion times. It'll never stop. And seriously dude, no offence, nokia is out of the radar by a mile. I dont see how they can resurrect themselves. Look what MS did with that bloody KIN :rant:. The more I think now..I think its just Android and iphone OS now. No one else matters

    I wish everyone thought like that. But its an open secret IPL is just a business. And u have astronomical salaries and other expenses to pay. When u keep losing, u lose sponsors and viewer interest. The owners can be passionate, but they have also invested hoping of some financial returns as well.

    I dont know about that, but frankly I dont think any screen tech has been invented which lets me view the screen at 1 pm with the sun burning down my head. I'm talking about that situation when i say i cant see the iPhone's display well, and I'm skeptic about the Nexus's screen as well. M not criticising any phone, but I dont think screen technologies have advanced to this point

    ^What Bias? U still dont get it? What he likes is his preference and we're no one to question him. But what he said holds true for all of us and that is what our thinking should be towards any phone. I dont care about any moled joled screen. Fact is, I want something that can read well in all lighting situations.

     

    That's his point. To stop these irrelevant troll wars on these tech terms and rather talk about end result for the consumer

    I dont see anywhere if he has showed any bias towards the iphone. It was a spec-to-spec comparison and he hasn't lied anywhere :-|

     

    Just because some random internet troll commented that does not mean he has summarized the article. And we all know how these blogs esp gizmodo and engadget just attract complete trolls

    Dude, seriously wait till June before u decide. With the new upcoming OS4, the possibilities and prospect of better apps is too enticing for the iphone platform. Plus the new hardware is def going to be at par with current smartphone spec leaders. Seriously worst time ever to get a phone
