^i just flashed the google factory image which is on xda. Since i was on a previous XDA 4.1.1 image itself, i didnt get the OTA.

^Yep the latter is a common thing we see with many devices. Hmm. Lets see though. We're all purely speculating. I am surprised Google is still playing the 10" tablet game even now though.

Yeah, but i think the strain of playing the T20 WC and CLT20 back to back is a bit too much. Always questioned why they are so close. Wont be surprised to see further pullouts in the next few days.

LG Hardware isn't bad. And software is irrelevant as Google is loading it up anyway. So the nexus being LG is not necessarily a bad thing. Although I am not sure of LG camera and battery life etc.

Hmm. Fair enough, either way, this is just the first trial. This will go to the Federal court in some years. Its not like Samsung is going to end up paying 1B. It will reduce down, probably they may not even have to pay. Bahut time hain and depends on how each presents their case further.
I wont pretend to know much about law and comment on whether jury trials are good or bad, but watching lot of these American TV shows and moves, so many of the high profile cases have are jury based. Is jury based trial a system only practiced in America? Or any other country too? LastAvenger could probably shed some light on this really.
Anyway screw this. Does anyone feel remotely bad for these companies making billions every quarter? Anyway, seems like Apple n google have somewhat settled now as Moto withdrew their lawsuit.

One of the most insane rallies of 2012. The shot selection and defensive skills. Ridiculous. And he produced this when he was 2 points from losing the match. And after this shot, went on to win it. HOUDINI!!
