    happened same with my mom dropped from 84 to 49 within 40 mins.

    Seeing your father fighting for each breathe and not been able to do anything is worst feeling. I can’t even express.

     

    eventually when we found a bed it was too late. Also mismanagement by the hospital made his condition worse. He was moved out of the icu to admit a 3 year old kid who did not even need any special care. 

     

    After battling out in the hospital for 7 days he left us. Never felt more helpless and regretful in my life. And i hope nobody has to go through all this ever.

    Wife tested positive :doh:
     
    In three weeks she has stepped out just once to go to my parents place one block away. It still caught up, this virus is very much airborne. The only reason i can say is that the one below us tested positive few days back. And 6 floors down same issue, first 3rd floor guys got the virus, then fourth floor guys just above them got infected. There is a pattern here and doctor I consulted is saying not to use exhaust fan of bathroom if anyone up and down is positive. 
     
    This is crazy. 
    Wishing her a speedy recovery.. Take care of yourself too..

    Thank you everyone for your kind messages.. Its harsh times everywhere for everyone.. Take care of your loved I am sure you all already but take extra care.. Please don't complacent... We will all get through this eventually.. You all stya strong aswell..

    How you and the family doing leaving aside the poor sarcasm attempt?
    My mom's doing fine still at hospital.. With o2 readings at 95 without support..
    Me and my wife are at home taking prescribed meds..noting temp pulse and spo2 every 3 hours taking steam fruits and liquids.. My wife's been mostly fine since 25 she hasn't had fever since thn.. I started with fever day before yesterday 103 it was but even I haven't had fever again..
    Weakness is there.. Other thn thn it's all well for now and hope it stays that way..

    After crazy last 5 days here's the update..

    My uncle and mom were hospitalised..
    My uncle recovered well.. My mom's o2 dropped 87 thn she was given oxygen support her o2 climbed to 94 in few and by night it was upto 98-99.. And the oxygen support was removed.. And she has consistently maintained 98-99 readings since day before yesterday the docs told me they will keep her for may be 4 5 days more or decide later on earlier discharge.

    My and my wife's rtpcr came back positive..
    Ct ratings for me were 17 and 19 for my wife.
    Hrct showed infection at corads 1..
    We have been asked to home quarantine and prescribed some meds.

    My brothers wife started showing symptoms few days back.. She is now in hospital with o2 levels back at 94..

    But couple days back my wife started complaining about headache and body pain.. Next day she had fever.. My mom and my uncle have also started showing symptoms..

    Theres no point waiting for rtpcr I have decided to get ct scan of chest done first thing i wake up tomorrow.. Thats if I can get myslef to sleep..
