Watched Gladiator 2. Visuals were great, action scenes were good but the use of animals felt so over the top. The music is okay. But the plot is loose and the main character doesn't fit in. He lacks personality and the emotional connection is not there. Acacius and macrinus fit better in the script, even the doctor is a nice addition. Second half feels rushed and confused. Decent watch but not close to the level of the first, that can't be expected also of course.
