  1. Yes, i have checked gulmarg and pahalgam on the list. What stuff do you recommend there ? Sonmarg has the 7 day trek in between it, so forts would skip as would already be tired. Going June 29th to July 10th, so monsoon.
  2. I have 4 days in srinagar, apart from the trek. Looking to Rap up gulmarg and pehelgam as well, must visit places and Any suggestions in food places ? Kashmir food mostly.
  3. I searched Skyscanner, shows cheap rate but many at times on opening it increases and some are unheard sites. Eventually booked from Paytm for both ways, was cheaper or at least equal most of the time.

  6. Will check this site. I have been watching YouTube tutorials on running form. Yes, need to check up with a running expert. Right now packed, Started yoga in the morning, and my flexibility is so bad.
  7. No running distance goal, maximise stamina while maintaining muscle and strength. goal To be better in: Play football quite often, going on a trek in a month, better physique. Even though my stamina is good, my running form sucks. Football coaches tell me to run on toes which i naturally can't. maybe that's why my knees, glutes get more sore. also my shoulders fatigue before my legs now, posture error probably (this wasn't the case before i started gym) No Asics store in nagpur.
  8. Have always ran on my heels.. First time ran on my toes except for when sprinting and just for 5 kms And my calves and even ankles have never been this sore the next day, can barely walk.. Will continue to try toe strike for a month..
  9. Sorted. With water, all's fine. Maybe it was mixing it with dairy yoghurt or just because took it for the first time but with water and a bit honey, it's good now.

  11. Yes, pea protein. I'm not allergic to green peas though. Eat them a lot with no issue.

  13. First time had Protein Powder today. Pea Unflavoured tastes so bad.. Can I mix it with yoghurt, walnuts and bananas ?
  14. Tried pull ups with weight. I think I use my shoulders a lot more than I should.
  15. Edit : Ordered Pea protein from my protein site. Don't know why the 250 gram variant is way cheaper than the one kilo one, ordered 250 gram for 300 rs.
  16. Joined gym again. Should I buy protein powder, I'm limiting eating red meat and chicken now due to past experience with hemorrhoids. So thinking of trying protein powder, does protein powder cause hard stools ?
  17. Tails of iron is too hard on normal. Bosses are taking too long and one hit you. Switched to easy and the game is now jokingly easy.
  18. Completed strider. Boss fights were fun, platforming was cool as well.
  19. Completed blasphemous. Great game, boss battles very fair. Completed inside, didn't like it and felt very inferior to limbo.
  20. Watched Taj. Enjoyed it a lot, towards the end got boring but overall a nice watch. Salim felt very cool and charismatic. Last of us, got bored in the second episode itself, pass.
  21. Completed salt and sanctuary. Starting is difficult but gets quite easy till end game. Only last two and first boss gave trouble.

  23. Days gone, got very boring. Not excited by the first 3 hours at all.
