FK itself has really gone down with its quality and product coverage. Infact there are so many products that are cheaper on Amazon with delivery dates earlier than the ones promised by FK. Posted this on PS5 thread as well, reposting here as well: Got a call from Music Festival (MGF Mall Gurgaon). As per him, it is mandatory to buy 3 games and one extra controller. Also, this bundle is coming from Sony itself so it seems like it’s Sony India that is pushing this bundle. Looks like all offline stores are going to push this bundle (maybe the online stores will join in too) So basically you need to buy stuff for 21k more than the console if you need one!! Jai ho Edit: I called him again to confirm if it’s 3 games + console or 1 game + console. He said he has received an email that states 3 games + console. Most of the games you mentioned anyways are either available with ps collection on ps5 or will eventually make their way to ps plus (and will anyways be available at good prices being first party games). For me, I prefer buying multiplayer games (like fifa, battlefield etc) digitally as I would be playing them often and also my work involves a lot of long term travel so I don’t need to carry the disc along. However, for single player games, I prefer the option of having a disc as once you have played them there is no point in keeping them. Also my PS4 (and now ps5) would also serve as a blu ray players, so I anyways have to go with the disc version Also with the rumours about game prices reaching /breaching the USD 100 mark in this gen, it would certainly make it more affordable for me to trade used discs for single player games which I won’t play once I have completed the main storyline Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

With all this talk of there being inadequate stock etc, has there actually been any official / unofficial word from Sony reps themselves on it? Maybe we are underestimating the units that would be allotted to India as some of the decisions taken by Sony just do not correlate with there being a stock shortage (ie partnering up with 7+ retailers, some of whom have presence across the country whereas initial rumours were that the console would only be available in metro cities initially). Since it’s been a couple of months since PS5 released worldwide, Sony would have a fair estimate on the demand of the console in India as well by now and would have planned accordingly. I do think there would be enough stock available for everyone to be able to get atleast 1 unit within a week or two of its release (I say within a week or two, as there would surely be cancellations for the multiple orders some people are placing. The only accessory I’m interested in at the moment is the pulse 3D headset. It’s not available in grey as well at the moment (or is more expensive than the quoted MRP). Just wondering, How big is scalping in the Indian market? With laws under consumer protection act protecting against sales of goods above MRP, surely the grey market uncles will be wary of scalping the consoles and selling them above MRP (since these would be official Indian consoles with an official MRP)?
