Yes but you will be paying extra . You can get basic PS plus for 3k when you buy directly from Sony's website. And then upgrade whenever you want .

You will need to subscribe to PS plus premium/deluxe to play PS2 games.
And i m not sure if these games are available in catalogue right now - want to play them myself

Yes it should be able to do 120fps at 1440p when update rolls out but it would depend on individual game developers in the end to include 1440p/120 fps.
I purchased from a local store for 24.5k net. But this monitor was selling for 24k on Amazon during Prime sale and with SBI/Amazonpay it would cost 22.8k . Might be available for this price again in upcoming sale
I had my own reasons to buy locally ( got GST bill to claim input tax around 4k) . Could have gotten it from Amazon as well but it requires making a separate account.

I would suggest wait till 5th for upcoming sale on Amazon . You may get new Switch Lite for around 15k after discounts. Better than buying older switch lite ( probably without box) for 13/14k from Gameloot/Gamenation.
Or maybe try on OLX or here for Nintendo Switch V2 if you can get it around your budget.

Also i would add Donkey Kong Tropical freeze to the above list . An absolutely amazing platformer .
@Overlord Also regarding Bayo 1&2 - it's the only game from the above list one has to buy a new copy. You get digital download code for Bayo1 when you buy Bayo2 Physical cartridge. And you need UK region account to redeem code .

Yeah just 32Gk650 is a year older with minor differences. Apart from the two things you mentioned 144Hz and no HDR , gk650 has higher SDR brightness and its stand supports swivel as well .
Yeah low latency makes it great. I tried Halo infinite on XSS on 120 fps mode and it ran very smoothly.
Yeah 32 inch allows to sit 3/4 feet behind and absorb everything in front.
Yup i read that too and very happy about it as well . Hoping they implement VRR support soon for 1440p as well cause as of it now doesn't work not even if is set resolution to 1080p .

Yeah that's very much possible . Also in that case Switch Pro sales would most likely be included in total Switch sales ( Like PS4 pro sales are included in PS4 lifetime sales ) and Switch would easily end up with lifetime sales of around 200 mil ..

Keep getting "Something went wrong" error when trying to initiate video kyc for Amazon pay icici card. Calling in working hours only and already cleared Cache on my phone. Anyone else faced the same problem - any solutions ?

Rumours of next gen keep on floating around though. Nintendo must have been working on something. Even if they launch their next console in 2024 - Switch would end up a little.short of PS2 total.
For Switch to cross PS2 sales it needs another 2.5 years of 20 mil console sales per year which to me may not happen especially if they launch a new console.

Finally got a new monitor
Wanted 32 inch only as it can also be used as a TV when relatives come over .
1440p monitor with 165Hz refresh rate with height and pivot adjustable stand . This supports downscaling as well accept 4k signal from PS5 and downscale it to 1440p . So can enjoy that till Sony launches this new software update globally.

Exactly but ponies don't understand that and can't digest competition doing something good after almost a decade of failure.
If it wasn't for Gamepass we wouldn't have PlayStation Plus extra/Premium which is also a very good deal especially for those who were away from PS ecosystem for a while/ or are new. Or those who are okay about not playing/buying games day1 .

Yeah i know classic catalogue is premium/deluxe only. I wasn't aware that Y3/4/5 were remastered titles ( and hence part of classics) and thought they were proper PS4 games like Y0/1/2 n 6.

You sure ? Premium/Deluxe(for India) only adds classics and trials - game catalogue should remain the same for Premium/extra if we go by tier discriptions
