Yeah I was talking about in MCX terms . Althiugh it's available in cash Market for almost the same amount as on MCX generally it trades a premium .
-
Yeah staying in the market for long run will turn out to be rewarding in the end. Gold is already up 2000/10 gm and expected to touch 54/55k in day or 2 now

2nd biggest fall in Indian markets in absolute numbers

Nifty 600 points and Sensex 2k points down ?

Yeah sanctions won't help but that's all these world leaders will do right now. India will stay Neutral on paper but won't stop dealing with Russia or put any 'sanctions' . True about US as well but if they go against Russia now then Russia may ally with China later on which would be disastrous for them . Edit : this is world politics anything can happen ?
-
Don't see world powers doing anything but putting 'sanctions'. Also Biden said few hours ago - they won't be sending their army to Ukraine to help . Also he promised fellow Americans - price of oil won't rise up as he wants to keep inflation in check . Don't think US/EU will stop oil dealings with Russia at all . India also would stand with Russia I think since Russia has long been an ally of India and supported us against China as well .

Lol no new good opportunities as such - just some which i couldn't invest earlier/wanted to increase holdings - NBCC , Tarsons , Graphite India , Nazara .

Purchased some stocks today . Will keep on adding more as the situation develops . Investing in good companies with a long term view . No matter how much market falls now - few years down the line it will definitely touch new highs .

Black coffee with sugar is fine as you are not having milk which contains more calories . Adding fruits n veggies in diet/restricting outside food to once a month/ stopping alcohol - you are definitely on the right path ? . Yeah calorie counting isn't necessary and better to avoid if it's a stress . I do it as it helps to me keep track of not just calories but consumption of macro nutrients as well . Just stick to what works for you and keep doing it till you reach your target. -

Sorry wasn't doubting on your efforts or anything . It's just it's extremely difficult to lose that amount of weight in such a short time in general. Kudos on the result ? considering what disaster were you facing you acted fast and strong . Yeah portion control is very effective technique in maintaining weight goals without sacrificing on things you like eating the most . And yeah it's simple which you can follow for years . Unlike those "fad diets" or fasting patterns which are generally difficult to follow consistently . They can give great results in short period of time and but can rarely be followed consistently . Hence simple strategies which one can follow for long is always better in the long run . -

Keto diet is difficult to follow but very effective. Intermittent fasting is great and works very well for most . Me n few people I know have tried it and it works great . Lost 3/4 kg a month every time I did it . Same with others I know . Problem is no one could carry on doing consistently for months . With your weight goals it doesn't really matter which diet you follow as long as you burn more daily than what you eat . It's all about doing it consistently . Experiment different diets or just reduce your calorie intake to 1500 calories like Kunjan said and do whatever exercise you can do and stick to it . Also you will probably need 8 months atleast to lose 30kgs . You can use healthify.me app to track your calories . App has a huge database of Indian foods with pretty accurate calorie counts and lots of other features as well. . -

82 to 68 in 2 months - you sure about those numbers ? In general one can loose around 0.5 to 1 kg a week max with proper diet and regular exercise . you're saying you lost 14 kg in 8.5 weeks - thats extreme weight loss . -

overwhelming majority - at least 60/70% should be from those two countries . That means 600/700 million from a combined population of 1.5 billion . So basically they are claiming every 2nd or 3rd (if 50% comes from those two countries) person in that country has played that game (registered user) Still finding it hard to believe. -

That number can't be true . 10% of world population has played that game, if we go by their claims of 1 billion players or so . Impossible to believe -

@dante77 Finally got it yesterday OnePlus 9RT 8/128 .Would have gotten it earlier if OnePlus online store had processed purchase order with exchange of my OnePlus 5t at 10.2k ( they were giving exchange bonus of 4k on old phone) And with card discount of 4k i could have gotten 12/256 variant for 32.8 net .But OnePlus store would get stuck at checkout saying no shipping method available. The offline store also ran the exchange bonus few days back and got it from there yesterday. They didn't have 12/256 in Black so went for the 8/128 - could only get exchange bonus on it . As overall amount with exchange was 32.2k and to get card discount billing had to be of 36k . Silver variant was available in 12/256 and would have costed me 32.2k (after card discount and exchange) as well . But hacker black dekhne k baad silver lene ki iccha hi nahi hui
