    It's already hitting everyone . 22k cases yesterday . Doubling 2/3 days . We will reach 1L before 10th Jan at this rate . Also Maharashtra government has already put in.lots.of restrictions and major events are either being cancelled or postponed. I had plans to attend IIJS (biggest jewellery exhibition in India with 10's of thousands of visitors) in Mumbai from 6th to 9th Jan . Only.those who are double vaxxd were to be allowed entry . Now the event is postponed . Here in MP our government is doing nothing. No one is wearing masks . Restaurants / theatres all running at full capacity.

    My nephew (20 years n double vaxxed) in Surat got Covid . He says he visited local flea market on Sunday. He experienced cold cough and body ache on Monday . Went to doctor on Tuesday and doctor asked him to get tested for Covid . Got tested on Tuesday itself . Got his +ve result on Wednesday morning itself . He's feeling completely fine now . He's sure he got Covid from his visit to flea market only . This sh*t is spreading like crazy now. Just 2 days . Government officials came the very same day to test remaining members of the family , they all tested negative .

    Yes Mirae is probably the best right now . Another fund you can consider Axis long term equity fund - has a CAGR of 17% since inception in 2009 . I personally invested it in 2018 and redeemed in mid 2021 with almost 20% CAGR .

    Disc will be cheaper since you can sell it off but only Spiderman MM is available on disk. Spiderman remastered for PS5 is only available digitally . Also as you may know, you need to own MM either via digital or disk to get access to buy Spiderman Remastered . Or buy MM ultimate which includes code for Spiderman Remastered .

    Yeah it should stack up . You can give 6 months code a try and see if it works . Buy the code from Amazon and not from MS store . Some people were facing problems when buying and redeeming multiple codes using cards from MS store .

    You can't convert xbox live gold to gamepass PC/Console . You can only convert gold/gamepassPC/console to ultimate . Would advise you to just convert to ultimate now . There's a risk you may lose those extra 7 months you got on xbox live gold when you stack up . Although it shouldn't since the offer is already applied to your account and your should be able to stack up months on it using codes. But since I m not 100% sure I would advise to just convert to ultimate now . You are getting 24 months which is still a good time. .

    It has been delaying since two months now. If you need a new phone quick. Get Nord 2. You won't miss a thing. A major upgrade from 5T and flagship level performance. Don't read too much into the details. Daily life usage is butter smooth with amazing camera and haptics. Don't need it quick but tired of waiting . Yeah definitely need an upgrade from 5T.

    Even Nord2 is a better phone. It reportedly has heating issues. Also, no OIS. Yeah Nord 2 is good . OnePlus 9 still has a lot of issues as per recent reviews especially regarding camera and heating issues . Was waiting for OnePlus 9RT which was supposed to launch on 16th December here but it's been delayed now .

    OnePlus sale on most of its mobiles . OnePlus 9 available for around 37k after 5k coupon discount and 8k bank discount on kotak and ICICI cards . Worth buying at the price ?

    If Xbox live gold thing is still working then you can use your gamepass code as well . redeem your Xbox game pass code (no point letting it go to waste or selling since you won't get much for it) . Try buying ultimate and see if it's converting in 1:1 ratio (Conversion ratio applies only when your account is ultimate) . It shows you final conversion before payment. You should get 20 months . If that's working then adding xbox live gold should also work(can't guarantee but it should) you can add 6/12 months of xbox live gold as per your wants . In that case Redeem xbox gamepass code . Redeem 6/12 months of xbox live and then buy ultimate . Should give you 26/32 months . As per my understanding - MS only patched the extra 7 months which users were getting each time they bought gold/gamepass console/gamepass pc/gamepass ultimate . You only get 7 months extra once . Your prepaid months of gold/gamepass still get converted into 1:1 ratio when buying ultimate .

    I actually have upgraded to XSS only used once to test it . And i still got 2 disk games left to finish after which I will sell of my XB1X

    After I performed a system update today my Xbox one X isn't reading discs at all . Last time I played 2 weeks back it was working fine . Was able to install MK11 Ultimate edition (2 discs) and run it without any issues . Any1 else facing the same.issue ?

    Will simplify it for you . When you buy a brand/studio and it's facilities etc - it's reflected in your balance sheet as an asset (either as tangible or intangible depending on what it is ) cause they have the potential to generate revenues . Now that particular asset may not generate revenue as it was doing earlier independently (because you have a different business strategy ) . But that doesn't mean you start calling it an expense . Not in accounting or business terms. If even after this you can't understand things and want to stick to your made up definitions and logics to suit your point then be my guest.

    What on earth are you smoking. 1) All IP's are intangible assets not an expense. It doesn't matter if they don't generate returns right away. Studios are tangible assets . Plant & Machinery is an expense now ? Your account teacher right now must be All fixed assets lose value overtime . Ever heard the term depreciation. Branding falls under assets . Period. Which company booked branding expenses in investment expenses . Please show it . Please stop talking about things which you don't know.

    I haven't played any of these games . Even during lockdowns only played games which were released earlier . Apart from that played few games on switch which too were released earlier . 2021 was a complete washout for me personally in terms of gaming . Hopefully 2022 would be better.

    Having played SOTC 2016 remake and Resident evil 2 remake I disagree with the above statement . All the locations and physical assets in the games were built from scratch . Definitely a lot of planning and design went into those games . The final product was better than a lot of "new game" . And both the games received nominations in different categories in game awards . So yeah a proper remake should be considered a new game . Also haven't played Demon soul's but going by its rave reviews it deserves 'new game' title . Anyway that's just my opinion .
