    You need to talk the property brokers in your area . They can answer all your queries .

    No one here can tell you the rate of the land in that area .That is generally established based on past deals which took place in the nearby area . 

    For everything else you need broker or a lawyer with contacts in your local property registry office .

    Actually new cases have dropped almost 90% from the peak (4L+ on May 6) 

    And deaths 80% from peak ( 4300+ around 17 may ) 

    But still death numbers are higher than it should be considering there is no shortage of beds / medical supplies. 

     

    Our official peak of 6k deaths in day is misleading as Bihar added almost 4k deaths in a day to count for missing deaths.

    Sony said this about storing games on external rather than talking about game saves

    Yeah its confusing but that's the only comment I found . Users had raised concerns about not being able to save game save data on USB that time as well.

    Yeah should be good enough . Most reviews say  MM is true PS5 game built for PS5 and SM Remastered doesn't even come close to giving a next gen experience .

    Yes you cannot take advantage of discounted ps plus prices on another account . Benefits of PS plus you can share with other non PS plus accounts on your console are 

    1)Play online multiplayer

    2)Play downloaded games, including those purchased with a PS Plus discount

    3)Download and play the monthly PS Plus games included with the subscription

    Another question: I plan on going as digital as possible [with only the occasional disc or two] so...  how do most people go wholly digital?  Do you make multiple accounts for different regions and buy stuff from each store depending on what's cheaper? Or is India's store for PSN the best overall? I've seen recommendations that the US PSN has the best sales deals and it's best to make a US account and buy stuff from there.  But from what I've seen:

    - PS+ is 2999 for a year in India vs ~4400 for the US one

    - Games like Spiderman which need an upgrade seem to cost less here? ~1000 vs ~1500 if using a US PS account

    - Even games like Persona 5 Royal seems to be cheaper here. 1500 vs ~2000 on the US PS store [during this sale].

    - PSN US cards have markup [ [I was checking on prepaidgamercard and there's a markup ranging from 10-25 percent depending on the gift card] so whatever potential savings one would have from the US region are sort of negated by this?

     

     



     

    Prices keeps on changing all the time . Some times Indian PS store will offer better deals , sometimes US PS store .

    Especially during the black friday sales where mostly US PS store had much better deals and sales on more games .

    But I have been away from PS store since 2019 so can't say if things have changed since then . Earlier US PS store definitely offered better deals especially around the time of sales .

    US PSN cards markup on sites like prepaidgamercard or even Amazon does make things more expensive hence mostly no one buys those . 

    But there are other sources from where you can get US PSN top up cards much cheaper . Around 30% cheaper than the actual conversion rate . 

    That would change things significantly making US PS store the better . Lots of users (including myself) from IVG have purchased from a source here before and never faced any problems .

    Edit: If yes, how? And how much does it cost? Can't see it anywhere on the PS Store.

    You can't buy SM Remastered for PS5 without buying MM. Doesn't matter if you own the base game on PS4 or not .

     

    Only two ways to access SM Remastered : Either buy MM ultimate edition or Buy MM standard edition and purchase SM Remastered add on for 1000 Rs .

    The time between the original game and this tech demo is shorter than the time b/w this tech demo and the actual remake that came out in 2020. Just imagine if they had put out a statement at the end of the trailer that the title would see the light of the day in 2020

    They cancelled initially because of shortage of funds I guess . I remember Fans raised some money to help it come to fruition but it didn't happen.

    Yeah true it turned out to be great for gamers . 

    Similarly MS after losing to PS4 in next gen launched xbox game pass which gives great value to us gamers .

    I just don't understand why PS fan boys are so sceptical of it . Just enjoy PS exclusives and game pass value for money offerings . 

    If you only have time/money for one console then choose whatever you want the most .

    looks like FF7 remake was planned on the ps3, but got abandoned for some reason.

     

    Yeah I had seen this before and everyone raised doubts as to whether it will actually be made into game.

    I found out the price of the ps5 disc edition on the grey market , its 68k. :sign_omg:. Crazy. I'm getting about 20 k for my ps4 pro which is like 4 years old. So the chip shortage is really messing things up. 

    Chip shortage has messed lot of things . Even car companies raised their prices due to shortage .

    It was worse for multiplatform gaming for sure but it was exaggerated a bit 

     

    Majority of the games were on par Infact after devs realised it needs to be a lead platform & not a port development 

    Yeah after falling behind at the start of generation - PS3 fought back very well and these exclusives were a big reason for.it .

     

    Heavenly Sword yeah it was a technical marvel as well . The amount of enemies you had on screen in the climax was mind boggling . Loved the game a lot and sad it didn't get a sequel. Dev's launched a new up Enslaved Odyssey to the west which was decent but nowhere near as good as Heavenly Sword

    She just called me back and she gave me 2 options , 

     

    1) refund of 10k to my amazon pay account.

    2) If by chance it.comes back in stock before 11th July , she.ll raise a request for a replacement.

     

    So i will need to decide on the 11th of July. 

     

    You are really lucky to have got this opportunity . My sister works in Amazon and even she said this is the first time she has seen such an option .

    You definitely know what to do now ?

     

    If you don't get a replacement . You can keep the product and get 10k balance in Amazon pay amount . ( You have a year to use that balance ) 

    You can sell the DE here or on OLX if you don't want it.
