  1. I think the trailer and all that buzz with the dislikes was fair warning to skip the 3 hour cringefest
  2. fuccc Its 8 for the month. I read On the Fence. Haven't read something this good in the YA section for a long, long time. Fantastic book. I skipped PS4 these past 10 days to be more productive, and ended up reading wayy too much.
  3. I'd say you cant force this sh*t, people have to be sensible. The man already forced us into lockdown for over a month, you'd think people would get the logic behind it and apply it to their own lives, and not go out/wear masks when going out. You can take the horse to the lake, but you can't make him drink. I still don't think opening up Delhi Metro again is a good idea, but thats a story for another day.
  4. You're right. I don't see anyody wearing masks. People in society are hanging out like normal. I'm already getting invites saying lets head to Chilli's once DLF (MOI) opens up I don't blame the government, but I don't think they should open malls and cinemas and stuff, because people are dying to go. We could get 100K cases a day, and people would still go.
  5. Arthur has some of the best dialogue lines
  6. Make that 7. Accidentally finished another one. Fake it till you break it. YA romance/coming-of-age types.
  7. Great. Metro hi bas bacha tha We're f**ked, royally. Also, does being in class 9th-12th suddenly make give your immune system a boost?
  8. RIP Chadwick Boseman. We've still got 4 months left this year
  9. Can someone say why Ikea is only in Hyderabad? I think they have online service in Mumbai also but not sure. I wish they'd at least deliver to Delhi lol Nice Purchase @Pacifier
  10. Yeah the whole point of the Mini was kind of to avoid the whole registration thing. If its easy enough to do, will go with the Air. The obstacle detection is kind of critical imo. Upgrading to Air? My brother lives in London, so considering asking him to get one next year, or if I can go myself will bring. Any downside to buying from abroad? My dad's Phantom 4 was from the US, but it was on the company so price or warranty issues wasn't a factor.
  11. "Nano RPA are currently exempt from registration, import licenses as well as NPNT compliance. You can fly your RPA up to 50 ft and in enclosed premises, today! Please do not forget to read our Do’s and Don'ts." @AtheK Picked this up from the website you shared above. Nano RPA of course, being under 250 gm. But yes, registration is always a good idea. If registration process is same irrespective of what kind of drone, one might as well get the Mavic Air? My dad used a drone (Phantom 4 Pro, old model) for work stuff occasionally, so it was registered before I got my hands on it. I wonder if India has regulations in place for flying drones in national parks and such. I've taken my drone to Gir and Corbett and the like, but not just fly it into the forests lol. Try to fly outside the marked areas just in case. Haven't had it since a year now, might buy one from abroad next year if travel opens up again.
  12. That drone is the DJI Mavic Mini, sits at 249 gm. 250 gm is the limit lol. So yes, you can fly around the Mavic Mini. This restriction is also applicable in European countries and Canada now.
  13. 1. With regard to the flood and transport situation. COVID ain't going anywhere, postponement basis is different. 2. True, so lets just hope SC knows what its doing
  14. Even those who are remotely located did not ask for cancellation, rather postponement. Cancelling exams is a door in the face to all students who've diligently been preparing for 2-3 years. The review petition filed in SC an hour back is also for postponement only, not cancellation.
  15. Lol you are behind the times man. There are at least 11 kids less now than we started with, its all over Youtube. Yeah, thats what people are complaining about. SC conducts hearing over video and stuff and gives a declaration for students to walk out into the virus lmao. I'm not saying I agree with it, I'm saying that the jury are supposed to the sensible people. You're supposed to have faith in the courts, even if one does not have faith in the government. I have my faith in both, but for once I am surprised with the ruling lol. With regard to exam centres they will supposedly provide an exam center in every district from where students are giving exams, essentially trying to cut away the long distance transport problem itself, not sure how effective this will be though. Anyway, I think its straying away from what the thread is intended for. Exams will happen, don't think the Supreme Court review petition will change anything. Lets see the numbers after the exams i.e 14th September onwards.

    Pokémon Go

I open the app only occasionally now, but if Mega Evolutions are being added, then Kalos Pokemon will follow shortly. This game has come far haha Speaking of Kalos, that was the best season of the show hands down, kinda wanna go rewatch the anime now Mega Charizard Y, Mega Lucario and Mega Garchomp looked incredibly cool in the show, will be nice to see 'em here
  17. Only in America. Sent from my Mi A2 using Tapatalk
  18. For engineering and medical entrance, the issue went to Supreme Court and they have ruled in favour of examinations. Justice Arun Mishra said "Life must go on, and we cannot put the education of thousands of students in peril." It doesn't sound like the best idea with all those people, but SC must have given quite a bit of thought before making the decision, so best to have faith in court and govt that this will not aggravate the situation.

    Persona 5

some people have bought PS Plus codes and such before, but idk if anybody has bought a physical product
  20. Finished reading Amy and Roger's Epic Detour. Road trip across the USA. With that plot, nothing comes close to the movie Due Date starring RDJ and Zach Gal-whatever, but this was one of the best travel romance books I've read. Will recommend if you're craving vacation vibes while stuck at home like I am. 6 books this month (two were re-reads) Very solid reading month, probably my best in over this year. Will try to keep it up for the rest of the year. Shouldn't be too difficult, plan to read some great books now
