I prefer to use a headset specifically for gaming as that works better, plus I need to use a good mic. I use the Corsair HS50 for that. Can anyone recommend a comfortable headset please? I'll be wearing it thoughout the day and will use it for work and games.
Budget around Rs 5k.
It's pretty comfortable, I've used it for 3 hours at a stretch during gaming, no problem.
But gaming headsets are generally a bit bulky and not as comfortable as regular headphones. So would recommend using two different sets. But you can check out the Corsair HS50, and I've used an option from Logitech at the same price point.
I use the Bose QC25 while I'm at the desk, but a different pair of over ear headphones should be good too. JBL and Sony have them at different prices.

I don't know if this is OT. Mods can delete it if it is.
I wanted to know people's opinion on boss fights. I was thinking about it and I've realised that boss fights have been rarely enjoyable for me. I'd rather have a well designed mob with different enemies requiring different strategies than an extended boss fight.
I feel boss fights are rarely implemented well. More often than not, you are tasked with killing a boss with a limited moveset, a huge HP pool and a specific way of killing them. Even in the Doom reboot which was an otherwise flawless game, all boss fights other than hell knights felt like a chore.
Idk honestly. I don't play Souls games but every boss fight in Uncharted has been brilliant.
Swordfighting against Rafe at the end of UC4 was the perfect way to put the curtain on the franchise (or Nathan Drake, cuz Uncharted is still going).
Love how Rafe recounts everything that Nate accomplished, on how he couldn't do sh*t despite being rich and once in the same position as him. The dialogue during that fight was brilliant.
This was less about the fight itself, and more about the journey and the adventures of Nathan Drake that brought us to this point.
I don't think thats really a spoiler at this point. Its not really a twist in the story or anything.

USA still pumping crazy numbers after 4+ months. Two weeks past 4th of July is going to be new level of crazy.
I'd totally forgotten about this lol. Of course Americans will hit the beach, host parties, have a f**king barbecue, whatever else they do for their independence day

The whole game was beautiful. I like the game ending, even though you know that there is a dark undercurrent through all of this, when RDR1 picks up where RDR2 left off.
Would like an RDR1 remake though, never got to play the original.

A prequel would be good, play as young dutch, recruit your gang, young arthur, jhon, etc. wild west is lawless, brutal and dutch ven der linde at its peak.
Yepp
Or a spin off with Sadie Adler. Damn that woman was the real cowboy

This is gonna take time though, GTA 6 is probably ahead in Rockstar's pipeline.

i pay electricity and broadband bill using HDFC card auto pay, no GST, as a matter of fact i get 100 rupees cashback.
Yes. Thats why I was thinking of enabling it.
3 hours ago, playstationdude said:Afaik they actually wave off the yearly charge( 500 or so) if you have auto pay enabled.
3 hours ago, adity said:Don't have it on hdfc but its no different than paying by any other means. The bill amount gets paid from your credit card. No additional charges or fees that I know of.
Thanks for the input, appreciate it

If anybody has an HDFC card, have you enabled autopay on any bills? Like the electricity bill?
Is GST applied to that bill amount additionally?

I'll take another prequel to the story to see how we messed up in Blackwater.
But also, I'd quite like a spin off with Ms. Sadie Adler as the MC. Best side character, she was soo good!

Literally only goal of the epilogue, rest all is filler, it's not like all the bomb arthur missions.
I don't agree. I quite liked the epilogue, and the missions you get. Its a bit different, but its pretty apt for how the story ends.
Uncle's Lumbago and that House Building Theme just made that mission so enjoyable lol.
-
At least put in spoiler tabs now. Its not just for somebody who's starting the epilogue. I'm pretty anybody Chapter 2 onwards can tell what exactly you're talking about.

Emoticon have a weird white border around them.

Minor issue though.
I suspect that is also present in the regular white theme, but you can't discern the white-on-white part. Its visible in dark theme though.

My cousin's iPhone was giving him a lot of trouble, so ended up ordering him an iPhone instead.
He wanted the new iPhone SE, so thats the one I bought.
Will do something about the iPad situation later. I own an old iPad that I'm looking to upgrade, might send him the old one and get one later this year myself.

Dark Theme looks good.
Will take some time getting used to it though

what are skin price ranges in this game? I love the gun skins in Valorant but each pack costs like $70. RIOT

I've never found too much value in cosmetics, but the battle pass for each season costs roughly 850 INR.
Gives you access to legend skins, gun skins, other cosmetic items like weapon charms and heirlooms. Also give you crafting materials to unlock more skins not included with battle pass.
If you can level up battle pass all the way, you earn 1000 of the in-currency, which you can use toward the battle pass next season, giving you a whole new array of cosmetics that launch with the new season.

Think he's had it for 6 months or so now. Worked fine for him.
He's got a PS4 and an Alienware laptop hooked up to it, and I don't think he's had any problems. But personally I just like bigger screens, so I play on a TV.Yeah. For that I will soon get a TV too. Its just that I can't work on a 13" monitor anymore and if I am getting one. Why not a good one.
Yeah absolutely.
Why not go bigger? Or an ultrawide? If you plan to get a TV for gaming soon, and the refresh rate isnt a big concern, ultrawide could be a choice.

I just click post, button turns grey, wait a couple seconds and hit refresh. Works every time, no double-posting.

Edit: Didn't need to for this comment. Got posted immediately.

He's not got a TV, he only uses that monitor with his PS4. Split screen BO3 was really annoying, but most people don't use split screen stuff.

Does it always go for 3K? Or is it cheaper today for some reason?
I'll grab it then, I always have to use the app to work with my smart lights.

Why not Google Nest Mini (2nd gen)?
Idk no preference. I just already own 3 of these Wipro bulbs and use them with their app.
So I just figured I'd stay in the ecosystem. But I checked, and I think the same bulbs are also compatible with Google assistant.
Idk, I just figure the Echo devices are more popular and will probably have more smart home appliances that work with them.
Its the same price, might as well go with Echo

Echo Dot (Black) bundle with Wipro 9W smart color bulb | Combo Price: ₹ 2,998.00
Is this a good price? I think its a couple hundred bucks cheaper than normal, but can't be sure
