[Ps4 controller not working]

It has lost its sync with the PS4, only option is you need a 2nd controller to reactivate the 1st. I had a similar issue few months back. Tried everything. This is the only option.

Dont have a 2nd controller thats the problem otherwise i would have done it

I dont think so, I read somewhere the controller has a reset switch on the back, near one of the screw holes. Must be clicked to reset. Mentioned in this video:

Try restarting your PS4 with USB cable attached. If it still doesn't work you can try restarting in safe mode.

Did both... not happening.. the funny part is it is connecting to 8bitdo but not ps4

Yes everything i have done i dont have a second controller so not abl to bluetooth connect it i have reset the controller by he button behind l2
