On resurrection of Sobeck, maybe - there has to be some crazy twist to defeat Nemesis. Could have been better if Nemesis is an alien than a AI. We already have two rogue AIs in the first 2 games.

Elden Ring is different. Having story mode here goes against the design of the game.
Not the case with HZ and other story driven open world games, where plot, cutscenes and visuals equally contribute to the experience.Makes good sense. I started with Hard then switched to Normal for the same reason. IMO story mode is not the right and best way to enjoy any game because there is less effort and more laziness.

That’s the same reason why they want a story mode for Elden Ring.
The rewarding experience for killing these frustrating bosses would dilute.

Please be as good as the last Direct was for Nintendo. Kind of bored of Sony's 3rd person movie action-adventure pseudo RPGs. Especially after Elden Ring, which showed what proper open world exploration married to mind-blowing combat should be like.
Last I heard that Sony was planning to launch PS Now in India last year but I guess that plan was delayed due to COVID. I strongly believe that Sony will include India among countries in its Spartacus plans.

20+ years back, games were pretty hard to beat and cheat codes were used often. Now they have a cheat code called story mode fit for the snowflakes.

Probably show FF origins, ghost wire and Forspoken. Best closure we might get is FFXVI and/or RE 4 remake

I realized now that this doesn't have an unlimited fast travel pack like HZD. But free travel on campfires are a relief. Also do we get weapons as loot somewhere or everything has to be bought?
Weapons and outfits are rewarded in some side missions but powerful legendary weapons and outfits have to be bought

With development times taking around 4 years for one AAA game, it’s best to complete the story before moving on to new IPs. Hoping there is a DLC in development.
Also nowadays criticizing any other race and gender aside from white cis man will invite some silly misogynist /racist/ some gender phobia drama.

Would have used that if there is a trophy to upgrade all stuff. Thankfully there is a trophy to upgrade just three of them.

Likewise. But the upgrades part is the most annoying which has not improved from HZD. Finding and killing animals ( when has that been cool these days) and targeting the right part is frustrating as hell. -

For Halo, story is complicated and goes beyond games.
Play as many as time allows. There are no bad Halo games IMO. If you wanna jump on Infinite that's fine too, just watch story recap on YouTube. Still, playing previous games would offer better experience.
Then jump into multiplayer of Infinite, that's just superb.
For Gears, story isn't very complicated. You could jump straight to Gears 5 would also be fine. It has a very cool recap video that covers everything. Gears 5 imo is best one, especially it's online part.
Halo 1-3 trilogy, Reach and ODST are the best. Halo 4 plays it safe and Halo 5 is downright bad. Haven’t played Infinite so can’t make a comment.
Gears 1-3 is among the best. Gears 4 play it safe and 5 is the best in terms of story and combat. Judgement is the only bad game in the series

How the hell are they gonna stop Nemesis which wipe out the super advanced Far Zeniths in a few hours.
Im betting that they will use HAE sub function again to save their a*s again for the second time. For sure they will have to fight the Horus machines given HAE has more power.
I wished that we have to fight Ted Faro. Instead we got an off screen death and use our imagination of his mutated form. Reminded me of the cancelled illusive Man reaper boss battle.
Wondering if there will be DLC as big as the Frozen Wilds?
