Thought that gaming cafes are a thing of the past as quality of internet connections improve. People go to cafes for mostly MP. In your case, buying a PS4 is a lot more sense as you need a lot of time to be properly invested in single player games. They must not be rushed unlike MP. You can get an used PS4 for 15k-20k. Check out olx and I would strongly recommend you to check it (pickup) before buying. With the exception of the last 2 games, you can get the used games for roughly below 1.5k at olx, gameloot and Cex. -

Biggest disappointment: The lack of release date for PS5 in India and limited stocks. Other mentions are AAAA studio Initiative wasted on a reboot rather a new IP and Cyberpunk 2077 bugs. Biggest Surprise: M$ buying out Bethesda giving it a better fighting chance against Sony. Other mentions are Ghost of Tsushima being better than expected.

Yes old ones are in FPS. However there are lots of rumors from several sources on the change of direction for this game so we will have to wait what the gameplay is like.

It could be in third person judging from the environmental design like those ledges outside the building. Will need to see gameplay before I get total hyped.
