  1. Well you can say that it is more of a filler.

It will be hard for Marvel to churn out universe threatening villains like Dormammu/Thanos for every upcoming non avengers movie. They have been in this superhero business for 10 years therefore becoming stale like call of duty for the die hard fans

It wasn't a problem with expectations. It was just poorly made. Of course, movies are subjective but imo it was just very poorly made.

I'm not even talking about the several inconsistencies in the movie. How are they moving the lab so easily. The mass remains the same, right? That's how ant man is able to beat thugs up even when he is shrunk. Other thing, the lab is flying everywhere and being thrown and what now. How come is everything inside still intact? They keep saying quantum over and over again to the point you'd want to die rather than hearing it again. They also apparently ran out of jokes because they used the same gag where Paul rudd doesn't understand the super sciency stuff and seems lost multiple times in the movie.

The villain is also super lame and there is little to no character development. Ant man is the same person as he was at the beginning of the movie. Same with the wasp and hank pym.

The background score was super underwhelming as well. The comedy which was a big part of the first one pretty much fails here. Also, a lot of many of the scenes were based on the suit not working properly. That's lame af. The action is quite bad as well. There are 2 heroes yet you hardly ever see them coordinating their attacks even when they're in the same scene. The choreography of the fights was just bad in general. There are so many more issues with the movie and I could go on and on about it.

And that how Maggie survived for 30 years without food and being isolated. There are many assumptions about that lab where they have worked out all kinds of circumstances. You have good points from a serious critic point of view.

I would not say that it is an excellent and well made film worth remembering. Just saying don’t watch it if you have high expectations or a perfectionist who points out all the flaws.

  3. Is it possible if we can add a calendar listing the game release dates, the major gaming expos/press conferences and gaming related events?

Also the tagging and search engine are useless, hence I suggest a form listing all the details like name of developer, release date, platforms etc in place of tags when setting up a new game thread.

  4. Saw Antman and the Wasp. Worth watching.

If anyone wants infinity war quality you will obviously bound to be disappointed hence you need to change your expectations and avoid saying something silly like meh when we know it’s not gonna be huge.

  5. I think we have matured over time after playing many survival horror games hence we demand for newer horror or gruesome elements. Those days, RE’s survival horror elements like the first zombie or the dog breaking the window in the original game truly frightened us. Now we got used to it which is why RE is being reinvented or rebooted back like RE7.

I know what you’re thinking now. Survival horror means a game where you cannot kill a creature and all you can do is to run or bypass it like Alien: Isolation. For me I find more satisfaction in killing it.

    What hellhole, man?

From what I heard, it was made very quick.

UC4 went through a troubled development and was delayed by 1-2 years. Amy Henning’s vision was different from Neil’s. Like Sam was the villain till the end , Nadine did not exist, combat only in half of the game.  In the end, Amy quit or was fired along with a few developers.

Having a discussion based on the gameplay available and interviews is moaning.

Maybe OKAY for you who plays 1-2 games a year and bais over exclusives.

    action adventure game

    less than 10 hours

    call of duty

Looks like PlayStation deluded army has arrived.

My mistake - not call of duty. Since it is a superhero game, open world environment works best for it.

Also so I don’t see the connection between call of duty and playstation fan.

For me, don't make everything open-world.

If one cannot match Rockstar level of the open world stuff then don't do it. As much I dislike GTA V, they at least have put in a lot of content in their open world without really have many restrictions.
Instant fun anytime anywhere without having to run around, grind XP, unlock...and get bored before even reaching the endpoint. This is where I quit inFamous. A gorgeous world, fun combat but tedious world and design.

Action-adventure games should stay with action-adventure without trying to add in RPG elements. Customization, progression, stats, numbers, open world for the sake of padding the time, etc are not required at all.

It's a superhero game. Let us enjoy without having anything to grind and unlock. Have a good story and that's more than enough. The interviews/Game Informer's coverage already reveals that the game has RPG elements and tied to skill unlock progression.

Plenty of unlocks and upgrades will surface over the course of the game to improve his movement.

This is a much more experienced Spider-Man. He’s been Spider-Man for eight years. His level of mastery when it comes to combat and tech—it’s like an elite athlete.

8 years experienced Spidey will have to learn how to swing properly and unlock his abilities...

    Open world & side stuff:

    • General crime - stop crimes around
    • Black Cat Stakeouts - find the cat around
    • Taskmaster Missions - communication devices around the city which give missions such as find a ticking bomb and other threats and clear it. Throwing a bomb in the air and shooting with web...
    • Oscorp Research Stations - speed-trial / investigation collecting samples.
    • Fisk Bases - basically Far Cry towers.
    • Peter’s Old Backpacks - find Peter’s old backpacks all over the city.

Tell me that sounds fun after 10 hours or so.

The game also has a lot of suits but I don't have info on how much time each take to unlock. Hopefully not much or too long.

I don’t see anything that need to be implemented as per your standards. All I can see that you want an action adventure game that lasts less than 10 hrs.

Do you enjoy the Arkham series? As this game takes some of its elements  If not, then this game is not for you.

I wasn't till the very end, so I guess I just have low expectations. And I'm glad it is so, this way I get to be more entertained.

Always best to keep your expectations low. That way you will be positively surprised from what the game offers. Problem is that customers have high expectations and entitlement to the best stuff hence getting disappointed in the end.

  10. I am already more than impressed with the videos they have showed so far. IMO Insomniac has delivered on its creativity and gameplay. If this game is successful, the developer will be encouraged to make more improvements in the sequel. Not a wise idea to put too much in one game. It may kill the charm.

@Joe Cool imagine that you are a developer, you will have to make difficult  decisions and face dilemmas. As a customer, it is easy as you feel that your voice is the general consensus of the customer base.

  11. IMO Indians are far more racist and sexist than whites especially in their movies. Dark skinned Indians, low caste Indians and blacks are alway stereotyped as villains, criminals and backward. Indian women are housewifes, romantic partners etc while white girls are like limited to cheerleaders.

Hence it is hypocritical of us to cricitize  the Whites. Unfortunately it seems only the whites get the short end of the stick.

Guys ...how is re6...is it worth playing? I liked re5 ....wasn't as bad as what most of them felt imo

The Leon chapter is worth playing as it is closest to survival horror. The other chapters are very repetitive, a drag and stray far away from the original RE survival horror formula.

Yes, for me, original RE 2 is the best Resident Evil game ever. RE1 Remake is a close second.

Yes. RE2 was the best until RE4 took that crown. Obviously There will many changes in the remake like removal of typewriters, keys etc

Lots of confusion between remastered and remake. I think that the first one seems more of remastered than remake since all assets/environments are graphically enhanced but the same.

I don't think we'll be able to get a grasp of what it is until it's out, which might as well take another 2 years. :P

Lol. I think that even we have the game, we still don't have the clue.
