Elden Ring on PC doesn't support DualSense controller. Only Xbox One controller is supported there. How's the DS implementation in PS5?
-
I made my peace with From Software's engine and their graphics. I was cynical at first for Elden Ring graphics when I finished the Demon's Souls on PS5 last year. But it's more about the game tbh.

Apparently according to ACG the 1.02 patch broke the game performance.
-
Does it run that bad? You playing on Quality mode or performance mode?

From a 'FORMER' non Souls gamer like myself. Please know that I was also in this mindset of avoiding Souls games because of how 'difficult' they are in my mind. You just need to know that these games doesn't gonna play by your rule. But rather you have to play by the rule of the game. If you are ok with that, fine....dive in. These games has a steep learning curve, but that what incite the beauty and the challenge of it. I must thank Demon's Souls on PS5 for bringing me into Souls games. I started playing that game only for graphics as I wasn't a souls fan, but when I finished the game I was already a fan of the gametype. And I wanted to keep playing...more and more. Granted it was the easy souls game, but it also made me play Dark Souls 3, Sekiro and now Bloodborne which is in my shelf from 2017. And God, I love it! These games has an experience that can be tarnished if there's an easy mode or some accessibility which could make the game easier...you see, every bosses and minibosses you encounter in these type of games and the way you beat them becomes a tale on their own. Plus, the methodical combat crown these games held for a decade will also get softer. If you see, there are many other games out there with superb combat, such as DMC series which flashy combos and lots of movesets. From Software games, doesn't have that, but still with its 'clunky' combat how it's heralded as having best combat in gaming industry? Only because of it's methodical approach, it's puzzle and observation and overcoming of the problem. And if you reduce the difficulty of this methodical combat and system from these type of game then it would be very generic to play. These games are very methodical, if you play by the rule then the games are actually not unfair.

I'll wait for DF analysis before deciding on the version.

Plus also saw that SkillUP video is also having judder and he was on PC version. Seems like console version would be best to go.
-
Then decided... will get it on PS5 rather than PC now.

HDR issue is still there for me. The over sharpening and color tone change while moving the camera. Was it included in patch fix? Or is it just “known issue and we will do it in our next patch”? Weird patch note if that’s the case. People would assume it’s included in patch.

it's curated in that area.... Aloy also says this as hint!

My mistake ... I thought its 7AM ET.... saw it's 10AM ET.

Today Embargo lift at 5:30 PM IST. Wanna see how the PC version fares, as I heard it doesn't support Ultrawide... kindda bummer as UW owner and thus, not inclining towards PC version. So probably PS5 version would be fine based upon how the performance holds up in that console.

It's worth. It's big though... But as you are reinstalling whole game the full size for the game is still 65ish.

Some screenshots, spoiler free. I'm a slow paced gamer and I explore a lot and don't blaze through the campaign. Also, screenshots are not story element, thus not spoiler.

wow it was available in Saudi?

CP2077 do have higher bandwidth streaming because of those asset calls. Thus the game performs better from SSD and produces less bugs, pop-in. Plus, the red engine is very demanding...always was... even Witcher 3 pushed the hardware in it's time back in 2015.

Play this amazing game now that it’s fixed for current gen console. (Ps5, xsx) you shouldn’t overlook this title if you are into Rpg games. Imo. nvm. Yahan pe to game ke liye bet chal raha hain. Koi mujhe elven ring dedo. Kya karna padega uske liye batao.

Just be grateful that Gurriella Games managed to have a 1800p 60fps version for HFW with some slight compromises in PS5. That's a really great resolution and tbh, you won't even feel the difference much in gameplay. Be it the low res water reflection or TAA for the trees. The compromises are not too much to lose that nice FPS. I personally would be checking both, and maybe play abit in quality and performance before settling into one mode. Even if I settle for Quality mode, I would totally understand other's settling for Performance modes, FPS would be much more effective in gameplay rather than eye candy.
