If you are okay with subtitles then the Korean show Pachinko is brilliant, don't watch it in English because it kills the immersion and looks artificial. Black Bird is also pretty good.

Loving the dlc. The mythic tale boss fight is one of the best, I liked it more than any of the base game fights. Intense stuff.

Since you just finished a game with avg. combat I suggest you play FF7R for some good combat. Plague Tale although a very good game, hardly has any combat. -
I think the wave length matching puzzle cannot be skipped - the ones which unlock towers.

GOW:R will qualify for nominations as they are considering all the games before 19th Nov. release date. Going to be interesting to see if it can beat Elden Ring.

So checked on Reddit and a lot of people face this issue. Apparently, the work around is the following as per a Reddit user, will try it tonight after work - 'Fast travel to Akashima village, and talk to the guy in front of you. he won't have a symbol or anything noticeable about him. But talk to him and the new island quest chain begins'

I am having a weird issue. I finished the game long back on my ps4 and now downloaded the directors cut from ps plus on the ps5. I uploaded the ps4 saves and loaded the game. It shows that the main story has been completed but still the Iki island dlc is not showing up in the journal. Is there any way to unlock the dlc ?

I skip those on the PS specially the pattern matching ones but not all are skippable.

No you cant skip MJ missions, I guess he is talking about the pattern matching/wave length matching parts

100% deserved according to me. I am loving the new ps plus service. Too bad if you think it’s undeserved.

Finished The Heist dlc and started Turf Wars, loving it as it’s a challenge compared to the base game. The difficulty is increased and it’s a good challenge. Kudos to Sony for including the DLCs on ps plus extra. Going to finish this today and move on to GoT dlc and Returnal dlc.

Chip shortage is nearing the end and should be stable again by end of this year. Attended an online electronics industry webinar for work and most of the mobile/IOT manufacturers said the situation has improved drastically over the past 4-5 months. In fact they are now worried that they have overestimated the demand and placed bulk orders expecting demand to sustain however, demand is now falling. They might face stock pileup and order cancellations.

Why do you want to buy a new controller from them ? Plenty available on Croma/RD etc. You can even use some vouchers or card discounts and get it cheaper.

Nope. With the kind of backlog I have I don’t think I need any other console other than PS5. Maybe someday but not anytime soon, plus with work travel starting again I plan to get a switch soon.

Finished this masterpiece, took me around 70hrs. Loved every minute of it. Gorgeous game and can easily take on any next gen game, if only it had a 60fps patch. Is there any way to play RDR 1 on ps5 ?

Of course 80-90% of the games would be old games which are now under 10 dollars. But they also have a lot of brilliant games like Returnal, Spider-Man, Demons Soul’s. Also, the essential games this month were awesome and far from being bargain bin games.
