So, aren’t these gases also harmful to human lungs in a similar way?
100% but let's not go there

Ya one of my friends told me that even TVs don't last long so he avoids buying costly TVs. I didn't believe him lol.
I don't think TVs should have any issues. Only ACs and maybe Refrigerators. Basically the coils develop holes due to the gasses.

CX OLED Boys - Your 3 year TV warranty should be nearing so its a good time to do a check and see if it needs a replacement before the standard warranty runs out..
I along with other IVG member had bought CX65 in November 2020, for a normal watch there is really no difference at all.. you won't even notice that anything is wrong but when you look closer the TV had started developing dead pixels on the borders and it can be more with usage.. Here is a pic to show, from far you will not notice anything.. Look closer from the screen when playing the video:
Play this video from YouTube and you will be able to see the dots if it has caused on the top or bottom borders..
Good News is Both of our TV are approved for replacement and a new panel is being replaced.. Its technically a new TV
now
Please check and get your new TVs
Just checked and these dead pixels are showing up near the borders.
Going to contact customer care ASAP.
Is this a common problem with OLEDs ? My FALD TV has never had this issue.
EDIT: Just read online and multiple cases on Reddit too.

Wait what's happening in Noida? Why is it bad for appliances?
Sewer lines that are open mostly and untreated. The gasses it releases is harmful for appliances specially AC coils.

Where I stay in Noida, it's useless to spend on high end ACs. There's a sewer line about a km from our house, and every year the AC copper tubings either need welding or replacement.
It's a huge market where I live. Coilings leak in less than a year. PCBs die easily.
Noida is an absolute nightmare for appliances specially ACs. Multiple gas leaks/coil replacements over the years for multiple brands in Noida.
My office in Delhi has Voltas and Hitachi and they are running fine since years without any issues.

I’d want it to fit in a backpack but it would also sit on my desk just as much. I’m getting this for uni so durability is also a factor (waterproofing, build quality etc)
I’ll check your reccos! Idk if I wanna get 2 UE Booms for the stereo though.
I was checking the reviews for the Bose Soundlink Flex and they said the sound was bass- forward rather than neutral though. Is it just that speaker or did you have a particular model in mind?
Was also looking into the Sonia Roam. It’s on sale for 16500 with card offers on FK. Really tempting but idk too much about it
Sonia
I guess you meant Sonos Roam, it is a very good option, I have never tried it but the general consensus is pretty good. Check out B&O Beosound A1 (2nd Gen) another very good speaker for around 17-19k depending on the offers, a friend has it and I love the sound it is very rich. It doesn't get as loud as the Sonos I am sure but for uni I don't think you need a speaker that gets very loud. I have a Bose Soundlink Revolve and I think it is pretty neutral definitely not as bass heavy as say a JBL or Sony.
If I were you I would stretch my budget a little and get the B&O, maybe go try it out at a store (Reliance Digital/Vijay Sales)

Not exactly about headphones but I didn’t see a thread for it, so here goes
I’m looking to buy a portable speaker. My current budget is 15k but I could be compelled to raise it slightly more. Are there any good options y’all could recommend?
How portable do you want it to be ? Like it should fit inside your backpack ? UE Wonderboom series of speakers are very compact and has impressive sound for its size. You can also pair 2 of them and they can work in stereo. JBL Flip 6 is also a solid no nonsense option (will be slightly base heavy). Soundcore Motion series are also very well regarded (haven't tried this one). And if budget permits and you are looking for a slightly neutral sound then check out the B&O or Bose speakers.

Plasma can carry you entire game.. If you don't like any gun don't use it and send it to storage.. you will only receive ammo of those guns which you carry in inventory in this game..
Yeah Plasma is OP. Riffle is good to take out those baby creatures with the grenades, one grenade to their tentacles wipes them out. But yeah, I guess I need to send the gun to the storage because I keep getting Riffle ammo and I am always short on the Plasma.

Got the One Gun achievement too.. Noice !! Plasma FTW
Is the Riffle any good later on ? It is pretty sh&t compared to the plasma cutter right now (3hrs in). Should I just stick to the plasma cutter ?

Yeah, I think they are so sure that PS5 factory packaging is enough but I don't trust the courier folks to handle it properly.
Also, the packaging is so random sometimes they have a huge carboard box full of bubble wrap for a Rs. 100 face wash and then you have consoles getting delivered like this.

Just started playing and have played for around 2 hours. Loving the atmosphere and it does get pretty scary (specially compared to the recent RE games). But one complaint is the lack of enemy variety maybe it is too early for me to comment but the enemy gets very predictable after a point and the gameplay is getting a bit boring. I hope it picks up steam soon. Anyway the game is intense as hell and keeps you on the edge of the seat because of the atmosphere alone.

I mean, get an Axis Magnus. You will most likely get it for FYF, even without it you will get a 10k Tata Cliq Voucher to compensate for the fees.
Fee waiver at 15L/year but you don't need to hit that because of the Tata Cliq voucher and if you are able to cross 1L/month, you get milestone points.
It's a no brainer card right now.
If anyone has a Magnus/HNI Axis card and is okay with dealing with Axis, then get the Axis Samsung Infinite card specifically for international spends. 15 points for every Rs. 100. The joining fees pays for itself because there is a Joining bonus of 30k points. But having HNI card is must along with the Samsung card otherwise the conversion to miles is sh*t. My friend has applied for it for his upcoming trip next month.
I honestly would stick to HDFC and enroll for the Global Value Program. YMMV.

There are better alternatives than the zero forex cards. Even a LTF IDFC Wealth card will give you a few 0.xx% back after the forex fees. And many other cards will make even more. And no issue of having to load the card/block cash etc. And better dispute handling/loss protection which is even more important for foreign transactions.
HDFC Infinia/DCB/Regalia had a Global Value Program I don't know if is still active these days. One had to enroll for it and pay R.s 100/200 I think and there was a welcome bonus and 1% cashback on international transactions both online/offline.

I am super hyped for this one. Loved the first game (backtracking s*&ked though) and really looking forward to this one, being a Star Wars fan it is really good to see the franchise flourishing again (Mando, Andor and this). This is definitely my most awaited game this year.

Whats the price and battery life on this?
Didnt see it in any video
This, the steam deck already has a passable battery life. I hope it has decent battery.
Price - There have been 'leaks' that suggest the price will be as follows:
512GB – $649
1TB – $899
Not bad at all to be honest if true.

Arre arre Axis kaise recommend kar rhe hai aap?
Unfortunately not many cashback cards in the market.
They are still sh*t when it comes to back end and customer experience.

So the cashback card has been devalued, is there any other card that gives good CB on utility? already have apay card that gives 2%!
If you like to travel once in a while why not go for something like Axis Magnus/Infinia/Amex Plat Travel ?
You can checkout Axis Ace for cashback.

No dead pixels ? Man you are lucky, I just called a friend of mine also to check and he also has the dead pixels issue specifically near the edges. Did you play the monitor test video on youtube ? @Assassins Creed LG ko bhari jhatka dediya, they are going to get multiple complaints in the next few days.
