not just India, its same situation everywhere in world (source : saw in a global playstation group of ppl from diff countries)

highly unlikely right that it will have same demand everywhere ?

Also, chip shortage is still very much prevalent. It is getting better but is still impacting electronic industries across the world.

This final should’ve ended 2-0 in normal time.
France were completely outplayed and embarrassed in first half and 2nd half, up until the 80th min.

One small defensive f**k up by Otamendi and it derailed the entire Arg team and allowed France to get back into it, within 3 mins.

I haven't even seen Mbappé in the first 80mins of the match.
Argentina pocketed him and didn’t allow him to make a run.

True. I think there were 0 attempts on goal from France up till that point.

But that is the beauty of the game and what a game it was, edge of the seat stuff.

I have been a watch fan for a while, but coz of the smart watches I kinda got drifted away and at one point stopped wearing the ones I had. But recently I kinda got back to watch drooling again. And came across the Seiko 5 Sport GMT, the orange version SSK005. I had decided that I would get this at some point in near future.

So last week we were out shopping and decided to check out the Seiko, just to have a look and try it on. I tried the watch on but somehow I wasn't as fascinated by the watch as I thought I would be. Next to it was a Seiko SRPD model with a full black dial and a really nice black rubber strap on. First I dint think much of it, as I dint really have it in my wish list. Then I tried it on and loved it. It looked so good and comfortable, the full black dial and case and the rubber strap kinda brought everything together for me. It felt and looked too good to pass out on. Well then we were at the counter for it to be billed.

Watches, Books and stationary stores always made me feel like a little child and could spent quite a bit of time in there, even if I did not buy anything. So when I was waiting at the billing counter, I glanced across the store and saw the Tissot section. Tissot watches have had my respect for a while, but never really bought one. Have never bought a watch in their price range before. I am a fan of the Tissot Carson but never really found one in store to try it on in person. Thought maybe I will try my luck here, but they dint have it either. I was just scanning at the other Tissot models when I saw the PRX models. I had seen it just once online, featured in a watch collection video.

I requested to have a look at it, tried on the PRX Powermatic 80 version with the Black Waffle design dial. And thats it! I wanted it. I dint really think I would actually like it as much but it looked so classy and subtle and went well with my casual jean/T-Shirt attire too. It felt like it was a do it all watch. The price tag wasn't something I was prepared to spend that day, in fact I wasn't there to buy a watch at all but then I liked two.

Seiko SRPD in its full black avatar was must have but this Tissot PRX felt like an instant fit and I dint wanna let it go. I tried the Quartz version of the PRX, which was close to the Seiko price tag but then if I was buying a Tissot then I had to get an Automatic one. Spent some time thinking about the price and then I gave in.

I finally bought my first Tissot. PRX was never my choice before I actually tried it on and now I am wearing it daily. The case design and that metal strap design of it gives it a sporty look too and thats what makes it feel like a go anywhere watch. Sharing a few shots of it.

The PRX is a brilliant vfm watch. Love the textured dial.

It shows Standard edition as unavailable. Only Day One & Deluxe edition are available for purchase.

But the prices for these was lower too... Day 1 was 3999 and Deluxe was 5699 I think....

Millenia does work but it's cap is lower. You will have to check.

Login into netbanking, go to Billpay, add your card and wait for activation, post which you can pay bills.

Also billpays takes 2-3 days to pay bills and you can't pay for HDFC cards.

So I can pay amex/icici card bills using the HDFC Debit Card ?

The main NPC side quests are pretty good and the boss fights are lovely, I just keep wanting more so I go for all the side quests too. Some of them are similar like GOW 2018 .. The spirit emerges and asks for crazy last wishes which Kratos replies superbly.

Yea dude I'm on GMGOW difficulty, I think I'll take 80 to 100 hours my first playthrough

Loving all the mini/boss fights but sometimes they get quite tough to beat head on.

The challenge makes my palms sweaty!

Here i'm taking out Hateful No. 4. Dude killed me several times because I had no support and no rage filled.

Safe to open if you've completed Chapter 6.

Defeated the previous ones with melee but this somehow gave me a tough fight.

These are the most time consuming for sure, they don't go down so easily and you need to quickly find those gaps between attacks. But a lot of fun none the less.

So, played till late last night and completed it. The ending levels were very taxing with waves of enemies being spawned over and over. Made the combat very tedious. The story is a mad man's tale and think it challenged my sanity.

The best part of the game for me was during the later stages of the game where you have to

      Reveal hidden contents

go through a big room puzzle. Walls, doors collapse, floors shift and it's very artistic and well designed. Also, a track by the band Poets of the Fall plays during this puzzle level which makes it even more amazing and trippy!

    This track is dope:

Not playing the 2 DLCs. Think I have had enough of this game.

Time to now start God of War Saga with GoW 1 on my PS3 next. Yes, I'm new to the series!

The section where this starts playing is one of my fav. gaming memories. I think it is called the Ashtray maze.

People who completed the game - during my 1st playthrough, would it be a good idea to only do main story and not touch any side quests? Because I played 1 side quest yesterday and didn’t like the distraction from the main story

during my 2nd playthrough, I’ll be playing main story + all side quests, covering everything game has to offer and in gmgow mode

only doubt is whether any side quest ties heavily into the main story or not

Side quests do give you more details about the characters. I have not completed the game yet but from initial quests they do a very good job of story/character development.

Plus puzzles never get boring, for the first time i am not feeling rushed to complete a game in its first play through. This game is simply Epic.

ps: boss fights take some time getting used to, and some enemies are just pain in the a*s.

Agreed. The side quests in fact do a great job in character development. Also, the side quests have plenty of action/puzzles so it never gets boring. Some of my fav boss fights have been during the side quests.

I don't know as well. I think I'm not even half way through and I've already clocked 30+ hours.

The side missions are so good specially some of the boss fights, I am 20hrs in and with lots still left to do. Taking it slow. I think it’s easily 40hrs + game if one wants to complete all the missions. Platinum will be even more.

Yeah, I have a DCB and ICICI Sapphiro, hence wasn't sure of the upgrade myself.

Yeah I think you are good. Unless, you love to stay at Taj Properties and travel a lot it doesnt make sense. Amex PT card has some great offers with Taj and also has some neat redemption options for Taj. I think DCB is a much better card.

Amex is giving me an upgrade to the Plat Travel CC, but my current MRCC is free since I am able to get 1.5L spends on it yearly. Not in a mood to pay 5K per year for a cc anyways.

Anything beyond lounges on the Plat Travel that would make the fee worth it?

Depends which other cards do you have ? If you travel a lot then it makes sense as they have decent milestone benefits. They also have the rewards multiplier program like HDFC but if you have any premium card of HDFC like Infinia etc then this card wont make sense.

torn between which difficulty to start - give me a story or give me god of war

Give me no mercy has been perfect for me. Not crazy difficult so you can enjoy the flow and kick some a** with the right combos/skills yet challenging enough if you time it wrong or use the wrong skills.

If there was an in-game counter to find out which direction has the 'killing blow' come from, the one that has killed my character, it'll be 'from behind' for me, for sure. It's frustratingly sad.

A solution that my mind can think of is to at least have the camera draw a bit out during combat... Would've made things miles better, I feel.

This. I had to drop the difficulty from Give Me God of War to Give Me No mercy for this exact reason. The camera and attacks from behind specially when there are hordes is very annoying (not challenging). I had to constantly step back from the fight which I just hate. Oh well Give Me No Mercy is also a decent enough challenge so I'll stick to it.

Good to know about the boss fights. They kind of missed the mark on it with the previous game. I watched the developer walkthrough where they said they got that feedback and decided to include more variety of boss fights for this game.

The boss/mini-boss fights have been pretty awesome with a lot of variety when it comes to enemy attacks.
