    Sendai - if you plan on using the JR pass, or else Tohoku Shinkansen can get super pricey. Tohoku region is very underrated. I spent my 3 week trip entirely in Tohoku and Hokkaido. There are barely any tourists this side.

    The combat is total BS. I played Act 1 in expert. After a while, it got repetitive and boring. Like you said, the combat is fun in expert but for how long?! If you’re willing to spend 70-80 hrs parrying and blocking for challenge, then go ahead. And the skill tree and levelling system as always is unnecessarily confusing and complicated. Also, playing in story mode doesn’t mean you can spam same moves. Because higher level enemies can one shot you.

    Credits rolled after 45 hours. Overall, an 8/10 game. Story gets repetitive from Act 2. Combat is still bad, nothing interesting. Switched to Story difficulty after a while to save time. The open world keeps it from getting boring. This is the first AC game I fully completed since Origins

    To be more precise, it is very identical to Xbox Series S. Both are 4 TFLOPs. Even then, Switch 2's max possible memory bandwidth is 120 GB/s, which is still inferior to Series S's 240 GB/s

    On paper, they are identical but it won’t matter anyway. Switch’s memory bandwidth is bottlenecked. It’s significantly lower than last gen consoles.

    Also, there’s no real incentive to buy Switch 2 right away. Wait 2-3 years until the price comes down. New animal crossing, splatoon and the next Zelda game will be the real must-play games on the upgraded hardware. Until then, it’s just an expensive console to play old games with HD texture packs.

    There’s a catch. Years from now, if Nintendo decides to shut down its servers, you lose access to them. But yeah, largely speaking it’s not an issue. Personally I’d prefer to download a 100 GB game file than copying it from disc to hard drive.

    Still, people buy physical games expecting to plug and play. Now they wait for a download to complete instead.

    Playing it in story mode now with confirmed assassination On. The combat isn’t very interesting to waste time in hard settings.

    You are doing side missions. Do the missions in the execution list of Naoe. That big circle with faces of targets.

    Deer in Nara Anyone who’s been to Nara park would’ve definitely visited Todaiji temple near it. The replication of this temple in the game is absolutely gorgeous.

    Pretty far off. Did you play the tea ceremony mission? After finishing that and killing one person there, it will unlock Friend of an enemy mission. Doing this full quest will end act 1

    I honestly love this decision by the devs. No need to pointlessly grind just for levelling up. After finishing Act 1, you get full freedom. If people want more challenge let them play in expert mode as Naoe.
