You’ll have to create a new US PSN account and link a payment method in order to activate the PS now trial. Login with that account on your console and make it as Primary and download the game from the PS Now library. Open the game once with the US account and close it. Now you can play the game with your original profile.

 

side note : you can play only downloadable game, you can’t play streamable games, even with a US VPN it doesn’t work due to latency issues.
