As an example anecdote, I was able to Quick Resume a game of Gears Tactics that I hadn’t touched for several days, during which the console was fully powered down and unplugged multiple times." so it works after full shut down and unplugged do you lose background downloads if you are on instant-on mode and turn off with controller and then unplug? in case after full shutdown and unplugging, background game downloads shouldn't be a concern

    With instant on - on and sdd on, if you turn office with controller, I know it downloads games in the background and turns on instantly and loads into your game in a second exactly where you paused. But what if you unplug the console before turning on - 1) I think the downloads should stop as you’ve unplugged from power but it should not corrupt whatever was downloaded after turning off. 2) Games should still resume where you left off as it saves the game state to ssd. I’ve seen youtubers doing it. This may not be possible with PS rest mode I think What do you think?

    Awesome! When I was 2nd/3rd on gamerscore I really thought I could manage 1st possibly but in a few days I realised that I was not enjoying the game organically, so I gave up on it What are your thoughts about achieving gamerscore vs enjoying the game organically?

    You should have used a virgin account - I made a fresh new account only for Gamepass and XSX My only suggestion would be not to do $1 trial only in the worst case - wait till you sort out ₹50. Check account history for previous subscriptions and other account settings

    yesterday's multiplayer session was a lot of fun!! Dirt 5 looks gorgeous - especially the ice stage and mud stage - a beauty - seems more beautiful than FH4 to me at least an article on multiplayer - https://jalopnik.com/dirt-5s-latest-update-still-misses-the-point-1846330332 I really miss the technical aspects of Dirt 4 though - I was most sad when it lest gamepass - most sad I've ever been for a game I think we should go for Image Quality mode - it has all the graphics effects

    dont be daft. I dont have a problem with paying. I have a problem with paying 5000 per game for every game. That's not a sensible amount to spend on video games

    Xbox has good 3rd party next gen games like AC Valhalla, Dirt 5, Borderlands 3, COD Cold War, Yakuza like a dragon, the Medium etc. It's not like there's nothing next-gen right now. Many games got updates to have next gen features like 60fps/ray-tracing like Control which I am playing for the 1st time

    Dirt 5 up and running! Vibration strength is wayyyy stronger compared to Dirt 4 Looks gorgeous What the rofl are the graphics settings? Prioritize “Image Quality” or prioritize “Resolution” - aren’t both the same?

    wrong - if I wanted to play exclusives I would have bought PS5, I can buy today (if stocks were there) why I want to clean thread is because I realized that people can choose consoles for their own reasons and no reason is wrong and no one should tell anyone how they should spend their money XSX doesn't have exclusives but I don't see anyone complaining when there's Gamepass library

    My plan is to buy PS5 when there are at least 5 killer exclusives and total exclusives library of at least 15-20 games. Till that time, game prices will also normalize to a sensible level

    Several games of a variety of genres get added to Gamepass, so you never need to bother with buying games. I feel like I am drowning in games on XSX. I bought XSX for this very reason and I am very happy so far. People who bought PS5 thinking about playing PS exclusives have to wait for a long long time for new games.
