Should I play Plagues Tale?
I don't enjoy walking simulators or extended walking sections.
I have no idea how this game is.

I am just curious as to why people are bragging about system getting 3-4 first party games per year, when that's all it gets.
Ideally Nintendo should be pumping games on monthly - bi monthly basis to keep audiance playing.

I am 100% digital for last 10 years and have never done account sharing. Not gonna change that cause Nintendo thinks it's fine to charge $60 for 5 year old game.
Lack of third party content is not a concern for me as far as buying it is concerned. Wouldn't play them on Switch anyways.

Third party support alone, unless those games are exclusive, does not make a console lucrative. People create preferences basis the games exclusive to a platform.
Xbox is far more complete system once you start using it properly.
You can complement your SP sessions with some Halo Infinite sessions, some coop sessions in Gears etc or chill out in something like Sea of Thieves or Grounded.
All this while completing campaign in one of your favourite SP games.
Keeps things fresh.
Most people who say xbox has no/less games haven't used system properly.

I don't see people criticising this move much (on this forum, though this is not the right thread for brining this up). Nintendo basically makes BC impossible first, and then charges full price for a "remaster/remake".
In tlous case atleast, you still have a choice to play the PS4 copy of the game. You don't have such a choice for Nintendo system (switch in this case).
What's the point of criticising Nintendo for shitty practice?
They have a PhD in it, Sony is just an intern though might get there eventually.

Wii also used AA batteries for its controller. They are not exclusive to any system.

Anyway, I watched a few playthroughs of TLOU last year and was surprised by how well written and tight the story of the game was. If you replay it now, it might look worse than you remember but I highly doubt that you'll find the writing to be outdated.
Ok, didn't knew that.
That explains why he went overboard with criticism of the writing. I think writing and story in game are good.
He did touch on few points that i also feel, in that if I have nostalgia for a game, playing a remake kinda ruins it for me cause of differences. I would rather play a remaster.

This is a problem with most remakes that are not reimagination (Resident Evil 2, Final Fantasy 7 R etc)
This dude remember it as being one of best games, only to be disappointed after replaying it.
Good games that I have nostalgia for, I never wanna play remakes.

I know it's a matter of taste but i find this to be opposite of what I feel.
Xbox release few games cause mechanics are deep and you can sink your teeth into. In fact that's the only thing they focus on.
It can take some time to click. I played Forza Horizon series for about 20 hrs and was extremely bored with it.
After finishing Elden Ring I decided to give it a try, then it clicked. It can be zen like experience, game was constantly asking me to up the difficulty cause I was winning by 4-5 seconds.
