For a SP-only game, that's mighty impressive.

Trying to juggle between NFS Unbound and The Witcher 3 (with the new update).
Liking them both...

But 30fps in this game feels like a slideshow from controlling the character to cutscenes.
Yeah, this is the biggest downer.

My sony X900E gone kaput.
Got a new LG C2 48inch for 94k.
So far its good, need to test my ps5. Can someone with oled tv recommend me good picture settings, colors are saturated and artificial compare to my previous sony x900e
I generally follow the Rtings or the HDTVTest settings.
From their website: This video is for the LG C1 OLED, but most of the settings are similar to the LG C2 OLED as well.
Most settings I've done on my OLED are similar, except for the colour temperature. I find their suggestions 'too warm' for my liking, so I kinda reduce that slightly (just by 1 point), but not go completely 'cool.'
The idea is to use these as starting points and then fine-tune things according to your tastes. Also remember, just because you might prefer something else other than what's mentioned by these guys doesn't mean you're wrong. Just enjoy your viewing as per your liking! Don't get hung up on the settings...

Oh yeah, pretty sure he'll have a bigger role to play in the sequels. And something about his final action that might come back to haunt everyone.

This demo was so underwhelming, IMO. Visually, it's not the best. Gameplay is too convoluted for my taste. Just so much happening on the screen at all times.
Not all chaos looks pretty, and this one certainly doesn't. I had this on my wishlist for the longest time, but after playing the demo the second thing I did was remove it from my wishlist. The first thing was deleting the demo.

I'm torn between playing this on Quality or Performance.
Frame Rate is not that important for me, generally, but this seems especially choppy at 30. But the Quality/RT mode improvements make it look like a visual treat.
Why couldn't they do what the Gods at Insomniac do and add a 40 FPS mode for people with 120Hz displays!? Why, CDPR, why?

This looks so good. They've captured the Potterverse very well. Just hoping the combat is as good as to play as it looks.

Argentina all the way! Last WC, I was rooting for France, but this time, it's been Argentina!

The midnight show experience was really good... You know the ones who were there for a 00:10 IMAX 3D show on release day, consider the movie/franchise special.
Sometimes, watching a movie with fellow fans on the release day has its own charm, and this felt exactly like that.
The 3D implementation is out of the world. Just breathtaking. I lost count to the number of times I uttered the word "wow." It's something else altogether and will certainly be talked about for years to come (or until the sequel comes along).
The story is pretty 'movie'esque. Usual cinema-tropes. Not that it's bad, just good enough to keep you on the edge of your seat. The last 15-20 minutes were downright exhilarating to watch! Also, sets-up a basic plot for the sequel pretty well. Masterfully done by Cameron.
A request for everyone: Please watch it on a big screen with 3D whenever possible. You simply cannot recreate an experience like this at home. even though you might have the best OLED or whatever and might even get your hands on the best-quality version of the movie, nothing beats the big-screen 3D experience. It's made for it!
Edit: @KnackChap: I'm curious to know which character you are talking about? I don't want to take names here because I don't want to accidentally spoil it for anyone.

Nice of him to share his opinions candidly.

I’ve never seen price change so significantly after launch. The day one edition/ ps5 was 3990 and digital deluxe was 5700
That's so weird.

Was the Day One Edition available to pre-order before launch? And were there always 2 editions of the Digital Deluxe Edition to pre-order?
It's possible that they have a new SKU, just for today - The Day One Edition.
So, anyone who wants to buy on launch day, HAS to buy that version. Hence, the Standard Edition is locked out.
The reason for 2 versions (of the Day One Edition and the Digital Deluxe Edition) are the PS4 version (cheaper) and the PS5+PS4 version (more expensive one).
The Standard Edition might be available from tomorrow, I guess.
Just my observations, the only logical thing that I can think of. Don't think any developer/publisher has done something like this before. Stupidity, IMO!

Yeah just saw the countdown, this is stupid af. Games always launched at midnight local time on console. I hope other games don't bring this PC bullshit on consoles.
Not always. Sadly, there's no way to figure out which game will launch at what time.
For example:
- GOW: R launched at midnight IST.
- Horizon: Forbidden West launched at midnight IST.
- TMNT: Shredder's Revenge launched at 5:30 AM IST (synced to GMT, I'm guessing).
- Ni no Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom launched at midnight IST.
- NFS: Unbound - Palace Edition launched at 12:30 PM IST on 30th Nov (synced to some timezone in the US, I think).
I guess it's up to the publishers and there's no set rule.
